Have you done Philadelphia Freedom, The Bitch is Back or Saturday Night's Alright For Fighting yet? How about Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, I'm Still Standing, Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me or Levon or (Get Back) Honky Cat? The man was a walking hit machine. And oh, the fashion! Forgot to add one more....Crocodile Rock! You could do pretty much a whole day of just reactions of his songs.

Funny how a song brings you back to a place. When I hear this, I'm 25, driving my L'Eggs truck through the wilderness of the Adirondacks on my sales route. Singing along to the crappy AM radio in the step van the company gave me to drive.

Kiki Dee had a popular rock and roll song in the '70s called I Got The Music In Me. I know there used to be a live version of that on RUclips. Its a MUST!

Thank you for that song and video Jamal. My oldest was born January 1977 and this song came out in 1976. I remember when she was 1 and 2 years old picking her up playing that song loud and dancing around the house holding her and she laughed and smiled the whole time.. With all the stuff going on these days its great to watch you react to these old and great songs as they bring back many many memories for me. Please play " Still the One by Orleans " and " Rhythm of the Rain " by the Cascades from 1963 or so..

What a a great song! Back before Elton regained his hair! Reminds me of summer 1976, met a girl, we dated briefly (she was cuter than Kiki, even!), and we would sing the parts to each other when the song came on the radio. Thanks for the memories, Paula (and Jamel)!

My best buddy aka cousin and I used to tape record (ya you read that right) ourselves singing this song. One of us would be Elton, the other KiKi. Hysterical! Every time we hear this on Pandora or Spotify, we text one another! I love that this song was done by Jamal on a kind of gloomy day here in the USA. ✌🏻✌🏻⚡️⚡️ Thank You for this! Don’t go breaking my hhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaarrrrrrrrtttttttttttttttttttt😍

Kiki Dee's career went back to the mid 1960s. You can see her in the 1965 movie "Dateline Diamonds' along with Small Faces. You might recall that Steve Mertiott (Black Coffee) was a member of Small Faces. He is featured in the film with Small Faces.
