Hundreds audition, but only a select group will secure spots in the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders training camp. DCC director Kelli Finglass and head choreographer Judy Trammell oversee the intense audition process and decide which hopefuls will make the team.

was pretty harsh with Kristen. "She should have had her tail light fixed by now"-- How do you know your tail light is out unless someone behind you tells you? She just happened to be told by a policeman.
Yes, but Kristen could've called the salon as soon as she was pulled over to tell Kelli that she would be late. Or she could've texted the other girls. Simple communication could've spared the criticism from Kelli.
I think Kristen ended up being okay because the tail light could have been a surprise. Dayton's was the more unforgivable lateness.

@@livo326 Yes, I have been pulled over a few times. And there’s nothing wrong or illegal with making a quick call to let someone know you’ve been pulled over. Roll your window down first, have your hands where the officer can see them, and be polite and comply with any lawful orders. Nothing bad will happen to you.
Kelly knows her like a daughter so it was more personal
I’m still so sad about Alexandra. She worked so hard and auditioned for 5 years. You can tell she has passion and loyalty for the team. I really wanted her to make it.

To be fair, most people don't realize their taillight is out until they get pulled over since it's on the back of your car.
That was ridiculous. I swear Kelly gets in WAY too much of a power trip. It’s a tail light. She needs to chill.

I commend Kat for being straight forward about her preference to wear a full body wig and not wasting their time by letting them try to figure out her situation. She was bold and took control of what was happening on her head. You cannot generalize everyone when we all have different hair textures, lengths, and racial backgrounds.

they don't care if she wears wigs because get wigs are very natural looking and she's hot.

Poor Taylor. You can really see how unhappy she is in her before and after. With her extensions, she's confident and genuinely smiling. In her after, she looks so upset.
It actually looked better to me, it had better shape and movement , just needed a better blow out !!!
This was back when the edgy hair was in. It looked great on her but I totally get why she was upset. All the other women getting long curls and her hair being cut up and razor cut. However it made her stand out and I think fit her personality

@@djjones7039 Don’t be offended. As a cosmetologist myself I too would refer to someone who would do better work if they specialized in a certain area. That is ok is my point. The women in charge didn’t expect nothing less then the best and I wouldn’t either

The make over episodes give me the biggest laugh, they give everyone the 'DCC Curl' and... that's kind of it!
I kind of like that they most of the time if not always take them into a more natural direction. Like taking out heavy looking extensions and if they have a natural curl they encourage that.

I dont see why they would mess with their hair before they make the team, it makes no sense other than to give them something else to lose if they don't.
@@cipher88101 I guess to see if they are really willing to give everything. Imagine a girl gets a spot then refuses to get her hair done. And of course because it's fun for the viewer to see them cry.

Just a little advice. Always notify when late! If you can’t contact the supervisors or the “head people”, then call someone else you know is there and tell them to let the managers know you’re running late due to xyz, regardless if you know them well. It’s not going to make the problem ok, it’ll just show the managers that you are communicative and some what reliable in that area
and don't wait until your boss asks why you were late ... apologize on arrival

The blonde that "never had such a drastic cut" & "haven't had such short hair since 6 yrs old" cracked me up. It was like maybe a 1 inch & a half shorter haircut!? Two inches TOPS! Dramatic much?🤣
Nope, I would feel the same, I have very long ( I can sit on it ) hair and I HATE it short.
I had the last of my fake blond cut out just before Christmas ( the bottom 6 inches), to me it's short and can't wait for it to grow back !

Even all this time later, I'm still staggered at Ashley's mother altering her bra to try & prevent Ashley having any cleavage. Methinks Mummy had some issues with her 'little girl' growing up & becoming a woman.
What makes you think that's why she altered it?

I’m fine til that lady questioned that girls cup size…”is it real or fake”, makes a look like she didn’t believe her and then proceeds to reach in and call it “too much padding”. That was unnecessary. Fitting is one thing….reaching in to feel around just to determine if what u see is fake or not…..that’s ridiculous.

I wished they did more makeovers like taylors. She looked so good with that edgy haircut, even if she was nervous about it. Its tiring to see the same haircuts and styles on the cheerleaders.

She throwing shade at the rockette’s but they do more routines than the cheerleaders. Also they have to tap and other have more precision.
How did they shade them? She simply said at what level the kicks goes, nothing wrong with that

@@EmVee. She is acting like the rockettes can't kick higher. They purposely kick lower so that someone 5'6" looks like they are kicking the same height as someone that is almost 5'10".

I hate when they do makeovers to EVERY SINGLE ...half of them already looks very good, some of them just need proper treatment for their hair and the rest needs something edgy to pop up...but they act like every girl needs a makeover .
Ooh and so I don't forget..their idea of makeover is : blonde-->dye brown, Brown-->cut to short or wavy

She didn’t take the uniform home. Her mom altered her bra to show less cleavage. The bra isn’t a part of the uniform 😂

a combination of hip flexor & quad strengthening + lots & lots & lots of stretching. it takes years to get that kind of flexibility even if you’re already decently flexible

1. I hate the makeovers. They send the message that these girls can’t be beautiful the way they are and have to be held to “higher” beauty standards. And Taylor’s hair was much prettier before the makeover.
2. You usually don’t have a way of knowing your tail light is out until you’ve been pulled over for it. You can’t see the rear of your car when you’re driving and most people aren’t walking around to the back of their car while it’s turned on.
3. Why is she feeling up that girl during the fitting? No need to put your hands all over her tatas.
I used to love this show but now that I’m older I’m realizing how insane this actually is.

when you are late, at arrival, you apologize and offer a reason... you don't wait for the person to ask you why you were late - and you also call ahead to let them know you will be late.
Rockettes kick EYE LEVEL, not chin level
It they all have their own unique look, why not let them keep what they have or decide what they want? Maybe just keep their hair natural? I colored mine only because I started going gray.
Bc some of them need help. Lauren was a bleach blonde with hair the color of a highlighter. She looked MUCH better with dark hair. That being said, poor Taylor’s Joan Jett mullet was hideous.
