Only problem with this: almost everyone can do that. Most phones can do this now, but the price of the cameras he uses for slow motion could buy a car. Logically, not every can have a slow mo camera as good as his so it's better to do just slow mo.

It would be impossible to focus on the bullet. Just like in this video when shooting towards the camera, the projectile is blurry until it passes through the focal point of the lens.
