Crimp I get what you're saying, you're saying that the UV light or the black light would be acting as the sun, and the glow-in-the-dark paint would be a refractor, interesting. The principles or mediums are reversed, black is white and white is black.
It wouldn't reverse anything. UV light isn't captured by the Camera so all the UV light would be black. Although because of how a black light works, you may be able to see something. Backlight emit a high energy light that then gets absorbed by an object. That object then takes some of that energy and spits out the rest. The rest is a lower energy light, visible light. This is why typically things in UV are Purple, white, and green. White as it is all color combined. Purple as it is the highest energy state, green as it is in the middle, but more importantly humans can perceive green the most by a fairly good margin.
How long would it take you to paint the fence with a paintball gun? Well... Let's assume that you are as efficient with a paintball gun as you would be if you were painting with a brush. Normally, you'd be looking at a Gallon covering 400 square feet, roughly speaking. The fence looks to be about... six feet high, and twenty feet long on each side, and I'm assuming your fence covers three sides of the garden, so that'd be... 360 square feet. We'll call it four hundred for easy math. A quick google search suggests that a paintball has around 2.5 mL of paint in it. So to make up the gallon of paint needed to paint the fence, it would take... around 1800 paintballs. It looks like you can fire around five paintballs a second, and a hopper typically holds around 200 paintballs, so that's six minutes of continuous fire with eight reloads (plus the original full hopper to make nine full hoppers). I honestly have no idea how long it would take to reload a hopper, I'm guessing no more than a minute. So, in theory, you could do it in under half an hour. If I did the math right, and guessed the associated numbers right. Which I quite possibly fucked up. Do a video about it, and prove whether or not I'm right!
Depends on the gun tho. If you have a regular recreational gun, then it's a lot lower. A speedball gun on average is around 10-15 balls per second, and most speedball guns go 12bps or more with some going to around 20.

We developed a very special and fragile capsule that would hold children's finger paints. This with a specially modified studio gun could shoot the actors safely, using very low pressure. Then they wanted to make the classic shot of "paint balls" colliding mid air in slow motion. We made special single shot barrels, then they were aligned with lasers, the camera rolling, am electrical signal sent to the valves. Well we did it at least ten times with zero misses. That was fun. The camera that day could only do 900 fps.Thank you for the great video.

After some calculations (using averages and according to what I could get from the video and online (length of Tipmann 98 Custom and bullet speed etc)) I calculate that he was pulling the trigger on the left gun at 6.13 about 0.005425 seconds slower than the right trigger. I could work them all out to find an average difference in trigger fire, but I really cant be bothered
