My elderly grandmother was spray painting a chair back in the day. The can clogged so she decided to cut the top off the can so she could use a brush to finish the job. My sister spent some time cleaning her up.

I would genuinely understand, if he would be "screaming, BECAUSE of his voice" (but lets be honest, his voice is'nt that bad... nothing to scream over). But it seems that your statement is, that he is "screaming by hearing".
