How can someone that was one of the freakiest bodybuilders to grace the stage, now look like he never picked up a weight in his life. I know that muscles atrophy if not used, but the before and after in his case is incredible. Is that just genetics? I know many people that stopped bodybuilding and don't lift anymore yet still have a base structure that shows some athleticism.

It's crazy hearing these bodybuilders saying it takes them 500mg of test to get to 2000 ng/dl and up...When I first got on TRT at age 31, my natural level was 112 ng/dl, 200mgs of Test Cyp puts me at just about 3000 ng/dl and that is getting my blood drawn 3-4 days after my injection instead of 24 hours later. I've since cut back to about 50mg per week but that still puts me at about 1000 ng/dl.
When is the Dave Palumbo movie coming out? From bouncer to med school to runner to mass monster to podcaster to VMS industry. Hire some AI ghostwriters and film makers and you could knock this out in a week. I'd buy copies for all my old BB friends.

Levrone was crazy, he would deflate like a balloon, then gain like 60lbs in a few months. It was crazy to watch, but he cycled on and OFF. I don't think Kevin has ever explained his cycles.
He has talked in pretty good detail about his first couple cycles and said the last few weeks before the show he would just use halo and Winstrol

Paul Dillet is tall but he doesn't have a big frame average clavicle width and medium rib cage whereas Milo Sarcev has a big frame wide clavicles and wide rib cage. It is what it is.

Dave, finasteride will increase total T by 20% dutasteride 30%. Where it doesn’t aromatise to dht, you end up with a higher total.

We have known steady state cardio burns more fat for more than 30 years, so if that’s the only bit of knowledge he has said that is correct (because I’ve never heard him say anything apart from ‘buy my stuff’).
