Deca caused my blood pressure to get to dangerous levels.. 199/109 .. I loved the strength and fullness to the muscles but it almost gave me a fucking stroke

what dosage did you take?
@@craigj4979 300mg of deca a week and 375mg of testosterone a week. Started the deca January 9th and I’ve been off it for a month now… started to get BP issues the last month of being on deca… now i got prescribed BP medication cuz of that and im only 29 years old
Glad the shoulder replacements are doing good. I need my right one done but my Dr says I may be limited and not be able to do my job as a firefighter. I’m torn because I hear so many success stories and then I hear this..

I never had deca issues even at a. Gram
For me the sides of chest pains and way too heavy labored breathing starts anytime I go to 1.5 grams or greater a week. Tried a couple times to creep up above 1.5 grams, but it just was not happening, so I never go quite that high.

On Deca as we speak . 200 CC a week. It didn't heal my sciatic nerve pain, makes me depressed , overall no crazy muscle gains. Bunk ? Never again.

1 to 3 ratio of test to Deca is recommended by most HRT. Example- 300 mgs of test and 100 mgs of Deca, otherwise you may get Deca Dick/elevated prolactin levels
I've done 600mg test/600 Deca weekly with no bad sides.

I usually dose the test and Deca about the same. Great results.

100mg of Deca every week for 12 weeks.
100mg of Test every 3rd day for 20 weeks.
Take 4 weeks off. Donate blood once or twice in that 4 weeks.
Repeat.

Cycle of test would be 300-500mg test a week and much more deca. Don’t risk shutting yourself down for a trt dose a week.

500 test 250 deca , no AI no dostinex , stay on good dosages but not crazy high dosages. Use logical sense
