This entire playoff run it’s been about how weak the east is vs the west. Also making excuses for other teams (injuries, matchups) and the path Boston has had. Last week before the finals started it was all about the Mavs and Kyrie/Luka being a great duo and everyone predicting Mavs to win. Mavs didn’t help themselves in game 3, but when they came back the refs had to get involved and take complete control of that game so Boston could get it done. Lots of things the Mavs did wrong, but the refs single handedly sold that game. The only way you could say different is if you didn’t watch or if you’re a Boston fan. Refs sold that one.
