Also was expecting Paul to explain in detail why he had trouble doing the bdb when they mentioned it. I've heard that he has asthma and had shoulder problems from playing football in Canada. I always assumed these things held him back somewhat but I could be wrong. But anyways great podcast as usual. Been waiting a long time to hear from the freakiest bodybuilder of the 90s.

Great Podcast. Great to see Paul Dillett on the show, it's been a long time coming. I've always considered the '90s the golden age of bodybuilding because the quality and presentation of physiques were head and shoulders above what we see today. I don't know whether it's the increase use of drugs or simply the sport has just lost its way, but either way the IFBB needs to get the sport back to a place where we're seeing and judging athletes on balance of size, muscularity, and symmetry. I do agree with Dennis that we knew the top 10 placings at the 90s Olympia because the physiques were so good. Nowadays it hard to remember the placings after 4th! You guys are great. Keep up the great work, and try to have more 90s bodybuilders on the podcast because I like to here the stories.
