No way hes 85 dude ,but ain't the magic of mastering knowledge about everything in life with hormones im always following hes channel for guidance, he knows his stuff while lots of bodybuilders are dying in such young age due to not following the basic principles and always think the more is the best and most guys these days don't stop its either blast or cruise, im 45 back when we used to call cycles were time on time of and no more than 2 cycles a year, but i fucked up between 17 and 21 i never stopped and when i did was when i had lost my hair during showers no pct ,i just wanted to get fit i was 200 pounds at 5'6 for a short guy was after i decided to go under surgery to get rid of a tumor that was the trigger for my epilepsy disorder the year of 2018 spent the whole year on top of a bed and too many antibiotics destroyed the way i used to look so i detox for 2 years but my indro told me i was not to make plans to be father due to the testosterone shutdown and put me on 120mg of test a week, few years later found out about the strongest shit on black market, next thing i know was on 500mg of testosterone enathate, anadrol-50, boldenone, trembolone, and got rid of the extra weight from surgeries, this days my monthly expenses is almost 3k ,i buy extra of everything cause take about 30 days to deliver, so i basically have most of everything, mg per mg i think dianabol is stronger than anadrol-50, sometimes i go easy on boldenone and use deca ,trembolone does great job with strength and fat loss but kind fucks the central nervous system, but i use nway lol clembuteral and anavar is good for cutting and preventing any muscle waste etc

been eating angel hair spaghetti, sauce, meatballs and parmesan cheese getting fuller and harder... also adding in sandwiches roast beef cheese lettuce and horseradish sauce or turkey cheese and a small dab of mayonnaise I throw out half the bread from the sandwiches using only two small pieces/slices of bread per sandwich instead of four slices of bread per sandwich... going for the protein... light carbs, less carbs, good fat,minimal fat. The other day I ate another fried chicken I picked off/peeled off all the fried breading before I ate all the white meat doing real well on my diet filling out nicely rehabbing injuries nicely
