- After an incredible few days at Die Oog, our routing took us to yet another destination that wasn’t on our original travel plans - the Rooiberg in the Limpopo Province.
And we found the perfect place - Doorndraai Lodge & Caravan Park - a privately owned game farm offering a variety of accommodation options including 5 star camping. But what really appealed to us was the recent addition of wild camping on the property.
After a superb few days bushveld camping with my mates, we were back on the road - destination Caracal Lodge, Elandshoek in Mpumulanga…but we never made it!
Seems fate had other plans for us!

Great adventures. Glad you got the car fixed quickly. Sorry about your thumb but one day you will look back and laugh, it’s all memories. We were in Botswana and I slammed the gate in my thumb and took a lot of medicine and went to bed til we got back in joburg to get it check out. All great memories to look back now, you’ll never forget it.
