    In my opinion Training nd Development is vry.Important for employees for skill development.A good Trainer is the back Bone of any Sector nd there r different Training Methodology.It is a continuous process for effective OD nd OB.Analysis is related to observation for achieving Organization goals in terms to positive Productivity for ODin nut shell in i view.It is a vast field.Vry
