As a beginner, I was always confused during sparring sessions, unsure of what to do. However, with experience, I became more conscious and started developing a game plan for each sparring session. This approach has helped me maximize my practice sessions. In this video, I'll share nine tips that will accelerate your progress:
    1. Mentally prepare yourself.
    2. Develop your tactics beforehand.
    3. Consider your positioning.
    4. Start lightly.
    5. Continuously analyze your sparring partner.
    6. Utilize setups, feints and tricks.
    7. Set specific goals for each session.
    8. Monitor your energy levels throughout.
    9. Stay present and focused during the sparring session.

When training for a fight , do you think sparring should be done before or after training? I've heard both but my personal thoughts is before so you can concentrate more and your not already tired getting in the ring for the first round.

I prefer before most of the times. But sometimes it’s good to practice after to feel how it goes when you’re tired
