@@prettycureforever7102 yeah i mean i get that bro but safety at all times there’s things we can do to get a customer running but a disconnect no sir I’ll just leave it turned off and say sir u need this fixed in order for me to fully diagnose this unit lol
thats why you tell them "its not going to run until this is fixed" its a safety device after all.
