Great video. Good Job and Nice Work. Thank you for sharing. May I ask, is it high pressure switch on liquid line was bad ? If it, how many pressure that switch will open ?
Yes that was pressure switch on liquid line, that should close on high pressure as ambient temperature was 75F should be close just like other pressure switch for different fan
I had the same problem with more than 20 units at the same time and I thought was normal 😅 due all motors same position were stopped ! My question is why all units with the same problem ? LPS bad in all of them or just the board know when send the 24v to this motor in particular
Well that depends what is ambient temperature is if it is too low then it takes some time to build up pressure in condensor coil and to activate fan motor relay, if it is too hot then fan starts right away just like other fan in the video was starting, board has nothing to do with it
Thanks my AMIGO that was one of the best step by step troubleshooting
Thanks

I’m confused why the problem couldn’t have been the relay itself? Because it was bypassed and the motor started
That was not relay it was pressure switch actually, and I start from the component which is not working, and Traced it backward for root cause
The relay was working properly but not receiving 24v to activate it for that reason the motor not working. 24v was controlled by LPS in this case.
