In HVAC school right now and I'm having trouble knowing if this is what I really want to do. Your great attitude and way of explaining things keeps me wanting to learn a bit more and hope it all clicks. Cheers
Another great video - really enjoying watching these from London UK. Great skyline shots - I watched the other video when you worked at height. Does it bother you looking at some of these drops or are you use to it ?
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoy watching the videos. The views are awesome. Many don't like heights but I personally love it. The taller, the better 😂 I'm used to the heights and I enjoy climbing in general. Definitely makes for great content. Thanks for watching & stay tuned for new videos every week! 🙏🔧⚡️
Great Video. Nice view NYC. May I ask, 2 circuit 2 compressor using sharing 1 evaporator coil , 1 TXV or 2 circuit 2 compressor using 2 TXV , 2 evporator coil RTU ? Thank you for sharing
Hey JMT, I hope all is well. I'm very impressed with your work. Im a building manager in Long Island City, and I'm on the hunt for an HVAC vendor. I thought of you and wanted to connect you with my company. We could really use your services. Let me know if you're interested and available. Thank you sir!
Hello, thank you! I really appreciate that. Very interesting. Please send me an email @info@JmtMechanicalCorp.com Looking forward to hearing from you. Have a great day!
Facts. An expensive repair but nothing compared to getting a crane and replacing this unit. Plus all the fire alarm contorls put in. Thanks for watching! 🙏🔧⚡️
@@JumpermanTech How do you get the coil up there with no damage. 3-4 men 16hrs each to be safe then material X 6 for cushion. All this could have been avoided with a PM contract.
Definitely big bills working on this building with serious equipment and years of neglect. Going to be an expensive repair to replace that coil. Thanks for watching & commenting my friend! 🔧⚡️🤙
They are going to need a new coil. How its getting up there is beyond me. Duct work my have to be removed if 1st circuit compressor goes. Damn, this is a bad one. Quote high because you dont know what you will run into and the man hrs will be high, especially getting a coil up there with no damage.

I recommend starting with light commercial work then work your way up to bigger tonnage units and refrigeration
You fix one problem now a leak this building keeps on giving and paying the bills jmt is happy 😊
Haha that's true! One thing after another but that's due to years of neglect 💯 Thanks for watching brother! 🔧⚡️

Isnt R22 hard to come by? Shouldn't that sway them into replacement when they cannot get or pay a lot for refrierant?
No it’s not hard to come by. It’s just expensive
This is actually a R410A unit. R22 is very expensive and it's been phased out for a while. A new evaporator coil will do wonders. Thanks for watching!
