Here it is! My Southern Fried Gameroom (SFGE) Expo Tour in Atlanta, Georgia. This event was on June 19-21, 2015. It's an awesome classic arcade and pinball expo. Tons of great games and fun!
John shares a car with famed pinball designer, Dennis Nordman and artist Greg Freres. They talk about Whoa Nellie the new Stern pinball machine and more.
Then, John and Ben Heck take a tour of the gameroom floor and talk about some of their favorite games.
Also in the video, Billy Mitchell and Walter Day award John his own Walter Day trading card! How cool is that?
Bobby Blackwolf from the VOG network makes a cameo.

This was a great video. The combination of enthusiasm, gaming and technical knowledge between you and Ben Heck make you a great team, and you seemed to get along well and really enjoy yourselves. The joint commentary was great.
Billy Mitchell seems like a cool dude. I've never met the guy, but he seems to just be having fun with the persona, going out of his way to make it fun for people at the show and promote the hobby.
It's a little frustrating that some people seem to prejudge based on something they saw in some documentary (which I haven't personally seen). All documentaries and edited media in general is structured to promote a particular point of view or to stir an emotional reaction. I wish people were more perceptive about that kind of thing.
I'm so glad you managed to recover the deleted footage. As usual, the video quality was excellent and it was very entertaining.

Great job on the video. Thanks so much for sticking your time and money finding that video. This by far was one of the best videos you have done. Just the people you got to share the car ride to the show with. I know your not heavy into pinball but thanks for taking the time you did. I was into video games heavy also but moved into pins. I think I got to a point the pin projects where more rewarding since if I got a good deal on one I could turn around and sell without taking a kick on the pants. Thanks again

SFGE looked like a blast though! So many classic games and pins, and that Oculus Rift setup
also I guess you're going to pass on that neon lit wobbly table, eh? :P It would be pretty awesome after performing some surgery on it, I will say.
and on the Blaster thing, I seem to recall a bonus video on one of the 'Arcade Greatest Hits' packs where Eugene Jarvis actually recalled a story where that happened once! Actually took out a nearby Donkey Kong Jr. if I remember it right.

My son and I were next in line to play with the Oculus Rift until Ben and John showed up at the table. The guy was star struck! Dang RUclips celebrities! ;-) Awesome video, glad you were able to get it restored and posted. About Pitch And Bat, there is tons of other pitch and bat pinball games that Williams made before Pennant Fever and Slugfest. I personally liked Slugfest the best, Pennant Fever second place. Sure wish they still built them today.

Why ? have you not shown this Video earlier ? i know it was Erased and you had some trouble to Recover it but when you did you should have uploaded this earlier,This was a very Nice Videos and one of the Best i seen in some time,also you got honoured and all for your nice contribution to gaming etc that is all the more reason to show us this Video sooner.The people you were with and saw there were Really nice and this was the next best thing to being there.
Ben seems to be a really Great guy and i was amazed at the knowledge of games he Had !!!
I liked that it showed a lot of things and this had so much variety and video game knowledge (although personally i would like to see a bit more footage of arcades than pinballs or at least some kind of shared time for both when possible).

John, I have never seen you spill anything on your infamous wobbly table, but sometimes I can't stop fixating on your beverages sloshing around. It seems like it went back to being just as wobbly since your recent attempt to tighten it up. One of these days you're going to replace that table and we'll all be bummed out.

I was thinking it would be good to make a pinball machine in kit form and have individual multiple play Fields on them do you know if anybody's has done that ? do you find out who set you up. did you speak in the seminar, u didn't show it on the vid. I think you should get that guy to do your T-shirt it would look good with your face on it wobbly table you need to get a 3 legged table you won't have any wobble like a 3 legged stool I think if you strengthen that centre Bolt what holds the base to the shaft extremely tight say about 75Nm nano metres would sort out the problem

+MetalTiger88 My attitude about the man changed DRASTICALLY after chatting with and watching him interact with people at SFGE. It's very easy to clip and edit things people say into a potentially ignorant or egotistical series of statements. Billy is genuinely a nice man and he REALLY gives his full attention to everyone he meets. This coming from a King of King viewer who DESPISED the man in that film.
