    600 Grams Pork Belly 삼겹살
    2 Cups 컵 Extra Fermented Kimchi 신김치
    ½ Cup (120ml) Beef Bone Marrow Broth or hot water 사골육수 또는 뜨거운 물
    1 Large Green Onion 대파 or 4 Scallions 또는 쪽파 4개
    ½ Medium Onion 중간크기 양파
    1 Medium Carrot 당근
    Optional:
    1/2 Tablespoon 큰술 Beef Dashida 쇠고기 다시다
    1 - 2 Green Peppers 청양고추
    1 - 2 Red Peppers 홍고추
    1 Medium Carrot 당근
    16 oz Extra Firm Tofu
    For seasoning pork belly:
    Salt 소금
    Black Pepper 후추
    Garnish 고명:
    Sesame Seeds 참깨
    Sesame Oil 참기름

    After watching your sesame seeds seasoning, I followed your instructions, I toasted sesame seeds in a dried pan. I grinded half the seeds after roasting and mixed through beef dashida . This seasoning is amazing. I sprinkle this on everything. I also want to try the anchovy dashida soon. ❤. Thanks.

    I don't know... Last time my wife and I attempted to make pork belly it smelled so bad and tasted so bad we had to open all of our windows and double bag it up and throw it out.

      Oh, sorry to hear that! Make sure you are buying the freshest pork belly from a butcher/from a reputable market. Cooking pork belly alone shouldn’t have any odor, other than the smell of pork fat.

      I bought pork belly from my grocery store meat market too. It wasn't prepared, it still had that outer skin in and smelled strong. Make sure it is prepared. It should look like uncured bacon.
