"Help" was arguably a punk precursor. While most other songs needed some level of reimagination, the original version of "Help" has always been already almost there, what with the vocal pacing and breakdowns. They just didn't have the modern framework for punk yet (distortion + public understanding or acceptance of the concept).

listen to the cover of “Help!” from the Yesterday movie and you’ll really hear it in a faster pace closer (but admittedly not super close) to punk

In the very early days when they still wore leather on stage and performed gigs drunk or swore between songs; that was quite punk for it's day before Epstein smartened the group up.
But I wouldn't personally describe these re-imaginings of Beatles songs as being 'punk' versions at all.
