The height of the 85 is more comfortable, gives your ankles more freedom while still being a high

I loved that you actually measured them. I already find my women’s 11, men’s 9.5 metallic gold on the narrow side so I definitely can’t wear these without going really huge and won’t try that. I would prefer to wear a size 9 if they just made shoes wide enough

In all fairness, the "Metallic Gold" pair is in women's sizing, and the cut is a little different even from the regular High OGs we get. Most notably, they're more narrow than both the High OGs and the '85 cut

I'll have to double check but a men's 12 to a women's 13.5 but there may be differences

I think the insoles will be different (the 85 is thicker polyurethane) also the 85 is board blasted original 1985 torsion support 🇬🇧🇬🇧
