having rules that things has to be 100% sourced from US to be made in US is just insane regulation. Almost nothing are sourced from only one country. I guess that almost nothing is made in Norway then as most things have things sourced from elsewhere.
I am glad we're cracking down on Made in USA. There was a big case that just happened the other day. Also, we need more talk about Tyr. It's an incredible amp.
@@46wireboy Compromise: "Made in USA with parts from USA and China" But like I said, there was a big case recently where a company was fraudulently claiming Made in USA when they were actually doing 100% of the manufacturing in China.
@@jon4715 Wow that's crazy. If its completely fraudulent they should be banned. But to what the govt is doing is indeed extreme as they are unnecessarily making it very difficult for USA companies. I mean if its like 90% Made in the USA I'd take that to the bank lol.
I've heard Jason say the same thing about steel before. It's really easy to get the steel from the United States. U S steel in Gary Indiana is in the proses of being bought by a Japanese firm currently.
Consider that what they are doing is making it easier for us to be able to get readily available tubes going further. That is how i took it. Like with AKM factory catching on fire, now you see more ESS dacs on the market. It's a lateral shift.
Fuck all use if you cannot buy them in Europe, if they cannot ship new product what value the warranty, after 2 years I've given up trying to buy as a present for my brother
Schiit is such a great company offering tremendous value with their audio products. Proud that they are American. They 😊
They're great people, too, we had a lot of fun with them! Thanks for watching!
I respect him as a business man. I’m certain these videos will turn skeptical people like I was into possible future customers.
Manufacturing in the USA is where it’s at.
Many will follow his lead however those who do it first will be reaping the rewards.
They really f''d everyone on the Freya Noval. Such a short-lived product. Obviously, it wan't good enough to hang around.
Good information. Maybe it’s just me but , the interviewer seemed to interrupt the interviewee frequently.

"It's a digital to analog converter. That's all it does." Way to sell Jason! :P

No, what they're doing is extreme. So basically, Americans can never claim to make anything.

Stop interrupting the man.
What type of speaker are those? Looks like monster Harbeth 40s. 6.5 mid with a 15" woofer ?
Did Schiit happen?! 👂
So the Freya Noval is just a Freya + with different tubes? No improvement whatsoever?

interruption city, let the man talk!
So the old Freyas are better? Right? SS tubes or smaller tubes.
No.
The sound is a little rough, and difficult to hear ...
Static in one ear, audio in another
Mono mic
@@MrStingraybernard Well - but it was only in the left channel, and it was very faint.
