OC: AFTER! The R6M looks amazing. Has everything you would want for a track bike. Only thing that I'd change is the windscreen. Also congrats Chase on keeping younger hooligan Chase from taking over around the 20 min mark. To be fair a in-line 4 brings the inner hooligan outta all of us.
While I agree that inline 4s bring out the hooligan in you by begging you to rev them...I believe that (particularly) the MT-09 inline 3 is "the worst" at that. I had an R1M for 2 years and I returned to the MT-09 because this bike just makes me smile and do stupid shit, everytime, all the time.
Amaaaazing project and incredible first ride. I just want to say that your channel is the big reason why I bought my first bike a year ago. Cant wait to see you have a zx6r first ride one day!!!

I have to agree on the akro headers.. mine with a remap have transformed the bike completely.. not too mention the sound...
One of the hands down best things to do on a R6 is Spiegeler SS banjo bolt and SS race braided brake lines with motul rbf700 race brake fluid and carbon Lorraine brake pads it's like buying a brembo kit. And then gpr v5 or other adjustable steering stabilizer air filter and some Michelin Pilot power or better 2ct etc .

Can you do a first ride on an 03 katana gsx750f
Absolutely crazy I love when I was at an intersection making a left or right hand turn and all but dragging my knee across the ground extreme angle and low speed as I exit the Apex of my turn while sitting down proceed to Power the first second third and fourth gear with no clutch Auto blip QuickShift.... did I mention it was MotoGP style reverse shift pattern so Im just tap dancing down as I run from 1st through 3rd/4th gears the whole way to redline in full seated tuck... listening to the beautiful Yamahas YZFR6 symphony 599cc inline dohc 4cyl engine bellow audio bliss through MJS Full Race SS 4-1 header fits directly to a RaceFit Titanium Carbonfiber hi mount exit racing exhaust. There is none better other then the same but instead of the 100% in house full race design SS header from MJS....if you could some how manage to come across a healthy example of Micron Serpent racing headers or Akroppvics nicest full race max power header coupled with the RaceFit hi mount exit exhaust.
where did you get the brembo brakes for the r6?
23:13 I get your meaning but technically speaking, physical tacs are slower than the engines they are attached to. Have been for quite some time. This is why Toyota on the Lexus LFA went with digital, because the offset was so much you would end up blowing the engine from over revs before you realized you were over revving it on the tac.

OC. Before..... but only because I don't do track days. If i did, I'd rip off the lights mirrors and plates and run it hard on the track, ferried to and from the track by a van. What Chase and Patty have created is a track day weapon; the mods they added are too trick for the road. This is not a slight at their efforts but someone, somewhere is going to win a beautiful toy that can only truly be used on a track and not a daily commute.
I have a question im about to buy my first bike. I prefer a souper sport but there's a problem because i have to drive through a highway almost everyday about 2 hours to go were i want,. So i want to buy a r7 so its easier for the bike to stay in these speed for longer than an r3. I want an opinion in that.!

I'm glad to see that my biggest peeve with my ZX6R is not exclusive to Kawasaki. The 6th gear ratio on 600s is abysmal for highway use. This R6 is geared even higher than mine in 6th, it's miserable going 80 at 8k rpm
It's a track bike, of course it's miserable for highways.

Im not Chase,but for me its the yamaha r3
As an r3 owner; best all around bike within the 300cc class. That 321 double banger sings at the top and i dont have a problem on the highway. I can tuck in and pass anytime i want. Dont even have to think about it most of the time

The bike looks great. The black at the front is perfect for it. Don't change it. It's an incredibly stupid bike for the road. Even more so than the R1. But, the main thing is, it looks fantastic - which must give you and your teeeeeeeeem a great deal of satisfaction.
