Hot tip also, when you stop at lights in the middle of the lane, your tyres are sitting in oil, coolant and water. Can make them very slippery. Its ideal to have your tyres in the same track as car tyres. Good idea too when just cruising around.
Hey man long-time lurker here, I was wondering if you could share your experience of riding a supersport on the street. I started on a MT07 and currently ride a MT09SP but I've always desired a supersport bike in my heart. I love my 09 but the looks of any supersport can't be beat. I usually take 2-3 hour rides with the occasional day trip here and there. Would you say it's worth switching from a comfy naked to a supersport if you felt this way?
I hate the wind, tried an mt07, much prefer the shielding from a sport. R3 and bikes like it have a really good balance of ergos and sporty position, and I got used to an r7 within a few weekz
It's hard to say, based on your situation you're really only going to know after doing it yourself cause everyone is different but the fact that you spent the time to ask this shows me you want a switch up - give it a go!! I think you'll enjoy it, but if not you can always go back to the naked style :))
It's not loud trust me, akrapovic exhaust on any bike isn't loud, just look at its design, you can tell the muffler can is big and or long, has a lot of packing etc.. and where the end of the tip joins to the mid/link pipes design language etc.. It's just the videos microphone that fools you. And yes sure akra might sound loud on anything 2 cylinders cos of the engine configuration.. iykyk. I'd urge you anything but akra for any bike that's a inline 4. Thanks.
bro is tapping away at every redlight

Go 99.5% as fast for way more comfort and range. Naked all day every day.
If you're racing at the track. Then supersport will feel better.
