GUY PRETENDS IN COURT! I'm the Owner of this Car, He Must pay for My Property r/MaliciousCompliance
In the last story I'm sure the lawyer knew how it was going to play out. The client was probably adamant about going forward with the law suit. Plus he still gets paid, so the longer things take & the more work he has to do the more he gets paid. So just an easy pay day for him
That estate agent wasn't busy anymore after that story
With the flat story. If the flat being empty why didn’t the real estate agent park there? He must have allowed the potential renters park there. ?! Anyway, knowing that the agent has no decency and parks where he wants, that’s a flaw in his honesty, so what else is he hiding?
I honestly would have mentioned the parking issues with all the other stuff....
First Story: The cops always assume the man has to be the aggressor when women often start these confrontations.
And the man always acts shocked when he sets the women off for their own amusement.
@@WayWardWonderer This guy, the OP, did NOTHING to set her off. She was also the one who started the violent behavior.
Your sexism is showing.
It really is a problem. Makes most men not want to have anything to do with the average woman.
@@SuperUnemployable Yes, you are right. Then you hear women say "Where are all the good men?"
@@stevec3526 *YUP*
Last story: the lawyer probably knew what the result would be, but the client insisted.
No doubt the lawyer charged the idiot, win or lose. So, basically free money.
@@zuzax1656 Yes lawyer definitely knew the outcome, but decided that this still would be billable hours, and definitely was going to bill the maximum he could as well. Railways lawyers, they love these cases, it gets them out into a courtroom for days at a time, gets them good results in the annual assessment, and of course they are on retainer or are outright employees of the railway, so are quite happy to drag it out as long as possible, while still keeping strict records of all billable actions for the court, when they ask the other losing party to pay fees.
Oh man if the cops are like that in your neck of the woods I'd be getting cameras everywhere. Especially now with bad weather you don't want to have somebody to do the whole I sue you cuz I slipped on your sidewalk court case.
Thanks, always good.
The actual scary part of the first story is the fact that some guy has a stroke and could be dying and nobody seems to give a fuck.
@@luciferpetrenkoff5040 It does depend on where you live... Minnesota nice is a repackaged passive agressiveness.
Realistically, most of those people probably didn’t know it had happened. All they knew was the truck was not moving.
@@GaiusMarius65 Exactly my point. Everyone seemed content with complaining about the truck not moving instead of figuring out why the truck wasn't moving.
Story 1: Ya it is scary how some police officers can take a scene at face value, without hearing both sides. I am sure they have to at least a bit, to keep everyone involved apart, until everyone is questioned. Good thing OP wasn't (I am assuming) black or brown. Things could have gone worse for OP, especially if CL was white.
all good things are 3 and so is this Channel
What is first and second?
I hope everyone is well and safe and are having a great weekend. Thanks for sharing RedWheel hope you are well. Please stay safe.🏴😷😁👍. Have a great day and a wonderful day. So many angry people. Just be happy and show kindness. Stay safe everyone
Train Crossing Story: ED's Lawyer didn't know how it would play out likely because ED Lied to him when he hired the Lawyer...
Personally, I think the Train Company should add Recording capability to the Gate Cameras so they have Evidence that can be sent to the Police showing who did what, when and where...so when Suicidal Idiots run the gates in the future and the gates get damaged, they now have a picture of the idiot's License Plate to track down for the Demand to pay for the Gate Repairs (and can Sue in Court when the Demand Letter is ignored)...
There's a RUclips channel called Virtual Railfan that DOES record those live cameras.
www.youtube.com/@VirtualRailfan/videos
p.s. Red lights mean STOP, whether they are flashing or steady. You are required to STOP at a railroad crossing when the red lights START FLASHING, not after the crossing arms come down.
And you DON'T go until the lights STOP flashing, which happens AFTER the arms go back up.
This is a public service announcement that may prevent you from getting a ticket, or serious injury, or death.
@@ThomasKent1346Yep! But doesn’t take into scout the sheer stupidity of many people, especially, those who drive “expensive cars.”
Last story. Whilst I fully expect that the lawyer probably DID tell him what would happen, it's not beyond the realms of possibility that the ED didn't tell the lawyer EXACTLY what happened, but made up some BS story like "the barrier came down without any warning and hit my car". Wouldn't be the first time a client has been "economical with the truth" to his lawyer.
The lawyer probably knew how it would play out. He just probably took the case for entertainment’s sake lol. He knew he’d get paid anyway.
Good morning RedWheel
Good morning all my friends
Rail Gate Story...
Play stupid games; win stupid prizes. Lose case. Get fined for multiple offenses. Pay lawyer. Pay legal fees of defendant. Pay for repairs to defendant's property. Pay for repairs to personal property.
Yeah, that's some stupid prizes.

Such a truer line has never been said!!!!
😂😂😂
Good morning. glad you could sleep in today. 🙂
@@luciferpetrenkoff5040 I know that feeling, how are you this morning? Hope this finds you well!

Parking spot stealing realtor: My response to the "potential neighbours" would have been; "Yeah, we're moving out soon. I mean, look how low they have gone just to sell the place..." *STARING AT THE CRAPPY REALTOR*
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
i feel like unless their are many random witnesses (not the son or husband, bff, etc) or security cameras or any 100% proof. police shouldnt make judgement calls. how many people have been arrested because they believed a Karen? instead of looking at cameras, asking if anyone seen what happened. if there is no proof/witnesses of any sorts. no arrest should be made. because its a he said/they said argument
not saying police are bad but they will assume the man is the aggressor if a woman is involved.
Cops always jump to the wrong conclusion, it's like taxes, unavoidable
Technically you can avoid taxes by being dead for a few years
@@Theproclaimed and you can still vote in swing states
I would have paid a million dollars to see that realtor's face.
I don't see what any of these has to do with "Malicious compliance". Are you sure you are using the right title?
Last story: Usually lawyers, if they know of all the fact, know how a lawsuit will turn out. But sometimes the client lies about the fact, or the client insists that the lawyer proceeds even against the lawyer's advise.
Last story: Lawyer knew guy would lose but saw an opportunity for easy money 💰. If he was smart he recorded himself saying he did not recommend going to court but if ED insisted on doing so, he'd take the case
Concerning women and/or men in any argument it's the woman when police who's called who will be believed in what the argument is about. The guy is guilty of assault against the woman
Last one the lawyer was happy to take his money!!
Estate agent story: Excellent petty revenge!
Love the Tyson v Holyfield jab (pun intended)
Bagde = LEGAL MAFIA
2nd story: i live in an apartment building next to train tracks. several times a day you can hear freight trains (even late or early) but its not that bad. yeah you hear the horn but unless you were in absolute silence. most of the time you barely hear it. i find the occassional firetruck, police, ambulance siren more annoying
I live in a gatekeepers cottage, I can hear the freight trains rattling bye. the only time they bother me is when they do maintenance. twice a year they come in the middle of the night and sharpen (or whatever) noise and bright lights. and I am at several lines junction so it takes a while. all the trains you get used to it.
@@ninirossau2304 lived in my apartment for almost 2 years. gotten used to it. most of the time Im watching tv or playing video games (dont let a karen know I do that and Im 38) so that stuff drains out the noise. I think one side of the building is maybe 100 feet from the tracks (give or take) i think its only loud if you are outside or have windows opened. at this point actually like the sound of it.
"How often does the train come by?" - "SO OFTEN YOU DON"T EVEN NOTICE IT!"
Last story. The guy either lied to his lawyer, or he represented himself.
Misreprensented
Helli again Redwheel
On the last story: l’m sure that the lawyer got paid regardless of the result of the case.
The ED in the last story probably told a very different se o0f circumstances to his lawyer, who learned that not all clients are truthful
RedWheel, you still do great videos. I loved the last one the best. Guy must have had a macho complex.
In the first story, it's almost like everyone needs to wear bodycams because people will make false accusations about others. They were fortunate in that 10 stepped up to say otherwise.
"how stupid is he" well, very stupid since he sued because id his own stupidity. The lawyer probably took it knowing he'll lose but is going to get paid anyway because they guy thought he had a chance of winning.
Next time someone parks in your spot block them in then go have a couple drinks and say sorry can't drink 🍻🍺 and drive so they will have to wait 😀😂😻🤣😅🐱😉
Train guy was lucky he didn't have to pay a fine for delaying railway traffic
Yeah my dad's a property manager and he's a pushover.
but sadly the police are always tainted as the villans first thats the way the system works/ tries
Because someone lies and Police, or our readers, come to the wrong conclusions? Like these Reddit Posts? Hummm, humor and Irony at it's finest. There are three sides to every story, and these post only show one persons "Bias" side. Take them as entertainment value only and remember there's always more to these stories that you don't know, so don't point fingers.
I'm glad I don't live in the UK...
Their Parking/Towing Laws are INSANE...
And parking/towing laws here in the US are better?
@@ThomasKent1346 Given the number of parking war stories we see/hear I agree with you 100%.
when face reveal?
again no story to match title
Last story: That lawyer went on to work for Donald J Trump.
I am the Joker!

Do you get special recognition every time you use the f word. Your stories would be just as good if the f word weren't used so much. It loses it's effectiveness when it is over used.
