First Story - OP probably could have saved himself a whole lot of money by siccing whatever government agency oversees wetlands, in his jurisdiction, on the neighbours. They would have then been forced to either fix it, or face criminal charges and hefty fines. OP didn't permit the destruction and had no hand in it, whether or not he actually owned the land.
Right?! What kind of moron even purchases from the seller AFTER the seller informed them that the neighbors stole 4000sq ft of land?! Even then, he should have immediately pointed the agency officials at the people who committed the crimes!! The OP of that story is a special kind of stupid.
And the previous owner isn't innocent either as he did nothing to stop it.
On the story about 911, OP and his wife should have pressed immediate charges.
Wetlands Story: OP should not have talked to the Neighbours, instead, they should have called the Department of Natural Resources, State Game Wardens and the County to report them for destruction of Protected Wetlands, then call a Lawyer to Sue the Unholy Howling HELL out of the Neighbours for all the Costs OP has to incur, 10x that in various Damages and OP's Legal Costs...
That should shift the blame off OP and onto the Neighbours when it comes time for OP to apply for their Building Permits because the Government will already know about the Wetlands encroachment and that OP is NOT the responsible party to it...
As soon as I heard "wetlands" I thought this was where it would be going.
And the previous owner should NOT be left off the hook as he did nothing about it either.
I'm glad you sued them both for everything you paid for it to be restored
First story. OP, I would suggest, if you are going to, shall we say, give them a high speed proctology examination, go in at RRAAMMMMIINNGG SSPPEEEEDD!
Last story. I would love to see Karen put in for unemployment. I can see why she will be denied: 1. She quit with no notice. 2. She was fired for justifiable cause, with no references to future employment.

On that last story I find it very hard to believe that Dasha's Dad employed Karen but Dasha never met her? If Dasha was going to visit her Dad and there was no mention of this being a one off visit she would have known Karen was an employee there.
It's possible that it was just the first time she went in when Karen was working. It's a pretty slim chance but it's not impossible.
Restaurant Story: If I was OP, the moment I walked out, I'd call Corporate to report the Abuse I just endured by the Manager and Servers as well as the Manager's actions that cost the Company money when they walked out after not getting served their drinks...
That's provided it was a chain restaurant and not a local mom & pop.
No unemployment cause she quit, as a little bonus

Last Story: Her idiocy insured that she cannot receive unemployment because she quit by walking out during a shift. The dad was given such a blessing from that exchange.
Wetlands story: Given the very nature of wetlands and how protected they are, I would suggest finding every aerial photo of the area you can and even satellite photos to show when this happened. But I wouldn't just go after the neighbors. The previous owner allowed this to happen and didn't attempt to fight/stop it. A single call to the state's Department of Natural Resources would have caused the DNR to come down like a ton of bricks on those disturbing the wetlands.
Walk-out story: IMO, well done OP. I assume this was a local restaurant and not a chain. Otherwise, I would have been contacting corporate. But holding YOU accountable for the actions of two other people was just pathetic.
House story: Even with an open house, there's real estate agents inside to show you the property, you don't just let yourself in and wander about. And if it was a showing, the agent would meet you at the house or take you there. Finding someone in the shower should have been a dead giveaway you were in the wrong place and you apologize and leave before it escalates. Sorry, but I would have pressed charges for her stupidity.

This is why I do not shower when I’m alone in the house. I either get up super early or shower super late at night or wait for the hubs to come home from work. I don’t want to be in a vulnerable situation.
1-F that SUE THE CRAP OUT OF THE NEIGHBORS. HOPE THEY LOSE THEIR HOUSE! 2-Good for you! Trespasser-WHy did you even talk to the "karen"? Just tell the cops she's a thief who broke in and have her trespassed period. You are STUPID! ALWAYS PRESS CHARGES! Better for dad that she quit. No unemployment or anything. Hope he has it recorded.
Not only sue the neighbors. The previous owner allowed the situation to happen instead of contacting the DNR to make the neighbor restore the wetlands.
Assuming these all take place in America. Two stories where the OPs missed massively by not suing the crap out of the wrong doers.
Story 1: OP should have sued the neighbors and told the people in charge of wetlands about what the neighbors did. Story 2: OP should sue the company for creating a hostile work environment because that is exactly what all those people were doing and the company wouldn't be able to defend crap. "OH the company could blah blah blah". No they can't. There is no way they can or would defend managers who absolutely knew everything that was going on. If they did defend those managers and other employees, they would be opening themselves to a much bigger lawsuit and issue and any future employee put into the situation would easily be able to sue the company if the same shit happened to them.
Failure to press charges merely allows that behavior to continue. You’re not doing anybody any favors when you don’t hold people accountable and not allowing them to grow up.
The neighbours what they doing because they what doing. This is because the neighbours want a bigger property for free

Never trust people about your property if you cannot watch over it. Have all documents in safe place that they cannot access.
Last story: No, the store owner still has to pay her for the week. He doesn't have to pay unemployment.
