Good to mention that feet should be hip width apart toes slightly pointed out wards. Knee's should be parallel with toes when squatting. Knees should remain behind toes when squatting...!!
Hi when I do the squats I notice when I bend down that is a click sound from my lower limb but unsure if it is from the ankle or from the knee as there's no pain.. .. The click sound is not just one or twice say if I were to do 3sets of 10 's there will will be 30 times of click sounds .. By the way I'm your avid fan of your channel
Thank you Seoh leng tay. Thank you for being an avid fan! Here is a description of crepitus that may be helpful if that is what you are experiencing. Are you getting any pain or other symptoms at the same time? Crepitus, sometimes called crepitation (krep-i-tay-shen), describes any grinding, creaking, cracking, grating, crunching, or popping that occurs when moving a joint. www.arthritis-health.com/types/general/what-crepitus
Thank you for watching Goldie. I am glad your knees are feeling stronger. Yes, progressing in squats is possible with bone on bone or cartilage loss. If pain is a limiting factor ensure to work within pain tolerance and take time with the progressions as needed.

You mentioned the sets and reps on the squats and supportive exercises. Can these be done daily or should there be rest days?
