Esfp will be like we live in the present but we don't visualize the future. Infj we live in the future but don't live the moment. Love your videos, the familiarity and the intimacy you have with each other.
It's good to remind that an INFJ's Se (extraverted sensing) develops overs years and decades. Mine is now fully developed -- I recently painted a watercolor portrait for a friend, I learned how to use a splitting ax, I repaired and fixed the sill rot at the front door (by myself!) and I removed the backing from a watch and replaced the battery!! 😲 All these things would have been impossible years ago. I agree with you about the awareness/clumsiness problem with INFJ inferior Se, but the main problem with it I see is, with strong dominant Ni (introverted intuition) the INFJ prefers abstractions and deep thinking and really doesn't want to be bothered with details. I still feel SPs a bit annoying.
Firstly, I love the squeaky chair. Secondly, I'm an Ne-dom, and I have a theory about how we experience Se. It's sometimes said that it plays the 'demon' archetype for ENxPs. I think that's because we have trouble seeing Se as Se. Instead, we experience it as Si-waiting-to-happen... a huge of sensory burden that needs to be processed, narrowed, and sorted with through our inferior function. We already want to avoid Si, and so if you open the sensory floodgates, we're bound to freak a bit.
Squeaky chair is good. Inferior Se is lovely when you take walks in nature and see the birds flying and the green grass and trees and leaves. Walking is such a good inferior Se experience and there is plenty of time to escape to Ni if necessary. I have often solved my problems whilst walking. On the other hand, inferior Se causes fear. I loathe bumper cars and the excess music, lights and noise of nightclubs. I hate seeing and hearing people cry. That hits my Se and also then gets me right in the Fi. Being an HSP, also doesn't help with this. I've been told by so many people, I'm in my head too much (Ni). Any suggestions on how to increase the Se stuff?
Ma Mu hey I’m with ya! I love taking walks :) i feel like anything to get more in touch with the body helps get out of the head. Schedule in some time for activities that involve your body or senses (when I go too long without mindfulness practice, I start to feel like a floating head.) Some activities that work well for me are yoga, meditation, martial arts, ping pong, and making music.... sending love to your hsp heart 💕
I'm working on a grand theory of everything (seriously), I guess theorising is my way of extraverted sensing because it forces me to observe patterns in nature. The basics so far: cognition is a temporal rate and nature is a transformational rate. So temporal rate transformational rate, they're like because a theory of everything is of course predictive of a mind like our own, moreover, because our cognition is temporal, we'll never have a theory of everything that is accurate relative to our cognition that isn't just a theory about time and therefore a theory of observed changes. This doesn't mean all is time, just that this is the only way we know how to think about things. But yeah, that's how I feel Se manifests for me. I'm likely INTP. Discussing my theory is just my way of participating as that's all that's on my mind at the moment haha :) cool, and yes I'm simultaneously developing a theory about cognition as well, to me its imperative in light of the above. Great stuff, interesting!
Sorry INTP have Si, haha oh well. Yeah after reading a description I guess I am like that. On the clothing example I realise that I probably am absent of Se haha my best friend since high school used to choose my clothes for me, pretty sure he's an INFP though and they also have Si. I'm not an expert on this stuff. I think he'd agree I don't have bad fashion sense per se, just that I don't really focus on it unless I have to. I do weights but only because I feel I have to - weights seem Se.

Loved this video, it's very interesting to hear about three different perspectives on Se from you guys.
I like the “Behind the scenes” right at the end👍!
Stuffzor 😜
