there are server hosting platforms some are free like mine hut some are paid then you run commands to reduce the size of the world and if you want t a fortress you have to mess around a bit
if you're using modded minecraft, there's things like Essential, but if you're not, there's free server hosting sites like MineHut, Aternos, and more but those are the only two that I know of. that's for java though, if you want bedrock it's as easy as inviting them.
