Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation (GK) has purchased Commerce Controls Incorporated (CCI), the Novi-based leader in providing turnkey solutions for controls systems in automotive, water, wastewater, and many other industrial applications throughout North America.
Today, CCI is part of the the Kaiser Enterprise.
The Kaiser Enterprise includes, Gallagher-Kaiser (GK), GK de Mexico, GK Canada, GK GmbH Germany, Universal Piping Industries (UPI), Tann Corporation, Kais-AIR®, Commerce Controls Incorporated (CCI), Ventcon Incorporated and Rival Insulation.
