GK Detroit Manufacturing Campus: 2021

In 2018 we significantly expanded our Detroit fabrication with the purchase of the neighboring 150,000 sqft building. After investing in new state-of-the-art machinery, extending the building by 30,000 sqft and many more upgrades; we have the most efficient metal fabrication facility in North America.
In 2020, GK acquired an additional 200,000 sqft just a few miles from our campus in Detroit. The facility houses our modular built products and provides overflow assembly space for other business units within the Kaiser Enterprise.
With Gallagher-Kaiser and Ventcon together in the same enterprise, we are the largest privately held, union, sheet metal corporation in North America.
The Kaiser Enterprise includes, Gallagher-Kaiser (GK), GK de Mexico, GK Canada, GK GmbH Germany, Universal Piping Industries (UPI), Tann Corporation, Kais-AIR®, Commerce Controls Incorporated (CCI), Ventcon Incorporated and Rival Insulation.
