like # 680 - Congratulations on the house is great to be able to do what you want, But be careful I see a garden and a beehive in you future. Next to the brew shed I think.
Great camping snack. Belching Peanut Butter Milk Stout with chip ahoy cookies heating up on the fire ring. Goes down great after a good day of fishing in Idaho with the boys.
Build that shed for sure, bud.. it’ll probably be the same cost, or a little cheaper even, and you can get exactly what you want. Good to see your back!
You got me through a crazy trash brew day a few days ago and I had to do the little I can to say thanks brajj! May the gods shine on you! I'll do more ASAP just dropped everything i have on a keezer kegs taps and pressure fermenter an hour ago so im broke af!😂
Glad you’re back. Since home brewing as a hobby is in a fairly rough spot right now, we need your content even more. You present in such a fun way, I think it can only be beneficial for getting more people interested in homebrewing.
Glad you're back and officially a homeowner. As for the "craft" beer scene. It was only a matter of time before people started moving back to beers that you can pound a few with. The days of crystal malted, 7.5% hop bomb IPA's has come to a screeching halt. You can't go to the beach have and drink those all day. Even Greg Koch from Stone was a sellout and he claimed he would never.... Cheers
Hell yeah, bro! Congrats on the pad! Hope to catch you and Clawhammer around town. Also, definitely recommend building a shed instead of pre-fab to fully customize for what you want. You can find tons of plans online, and send the cut list to 84 Lumber, DeWitt, or another shop to get quotes on it. Lumber prices are where they were in 2020. Get yourself a battery powered framing nailer, and it'll go up pretty quick. If you need to borrow a concrete mixer for the footers or a pad, I've got one.
Congrats on the new place CH! As always, you’re the most entertaining brewer on RUclips and manage to cram good brewing info in there too. Welcome back
Yes!! Getting massive comeback vibes. Glad to hear it all and congrats on the new pad. I agree and support the light beer/lagers/pilsners movement. I personally can't get down with the sweet stuff though. I can see why others do. If you were to do a grain to glass video.... Italian Pilsner. With your YT/digital creativity, it would be beyond hilarious. Also, Rome has a sweet little craft beer scene. Reach out if you need suggestions when you are in Italy braj!
Great videos always enjoy them.. definitely back sweeten after using turbo yeast or it will be dry that stuff will eat the bucket if you leave it long enough
Congrats on home ownership! My vote is to build your own shed so you can make it the way you want vs. canned shed from HD. You've got the skills and the tools.
The scourge of 4Loco. Cheapest buzz 4evah. I'm with sam - build that shed...it's the only way you get exactly what you want...where didja end up with the new pad? You were in TN last I knew of.
a good solution to the problem: - take your fermented beer and the juice or aromas you like - mix it properly and fill it in bottles or keg - pasteurize so the yeast is deactivated and your sugar stays sugar when you place a pressure gauge at bottles or the kegs you can let it ferment the sugar a little bit for carbonation (just watch the gauge and let it rise a little bit) and then you pasteurize it. When working this way please pasteurize well because its actually dangerous! Nice house btw ;)
Congrats on the house! I'm with the others. BUILD THAT SHED. If you buy pre-built you're just going to spend as much time modifying it to get it the way you want
Congrats, and I'm happy to see you getting back into your groove! (I can relate, as I had to take a breather around the same time.) As for Jumanji, your backyard is fine. My oldest son hates going outside, and his backyard makes your backyard look like a paradise. We hired him a landscaper who quit 3/4 of the way, stating he saw plants from the Jurrasic period. (His entire back yard was chest high or higher.)
Id buy the brew shed. It would be nice to close it off. I moved to ohio last year and getting to boil in a detached/unhealed and drafting garage was a chore.
I use a yeast nutrient and distillers yeast for sugar wash. It's cheaper than turbo yeast and leaves less off flavours. Plus you can add more or less nutrients for different ABVs.
You might want to try HG-1 yeast and NAB2 nutrient. Ferments 18% no problem. 5 days. For me it was much less sulfur than the TY-48 and N-pure. I used it for a seltzer base. Also had less color than the N-pure. I got a crystal clear seltzer base
Dropped you a small super thanks brajj my absolutely horrific brew day resulted in a fairly good beer and i owe some of that to you playing in the background keeping me the right level of insane to pull off anything! Drop me your number and I'll chuck in some noods to sweeten the pot😂😂😂 love you brajj!
yo ch, i dont know how bad the wind is there but im in florida and i bought a 10 x 10 commercial pop-up canopy for my brew shed since i didnt want to air condition it. 150$ will get you a tent with removable walls and it turned out great for me. for the price and ease of assembly its worth it to me.
Congrats on the house dude!!! You’re a handy guy, I say build your own shed! You’ll be able to get exactly what you want for half the price of prefab, cheers 🍻
congrats on the house, braj! i need the video with your take on the craft beer scene. as someone who has been into craft beer for 20+ years, it's truly troubling to see the decline.
It's so nice moving back to a low cost of living area and owning a place to just set up the brewer anywhere. I was just thinking earlier today how the key to good cooking and brewing is ignoring trends, while I thought about throwing together a keg of something fruity to drink with a bunch of brewers out in the woods next month 🤔
Build your shed. They are stupidly ridiculous expensive if you buy them and that was several years ago that I noticed the prices. And you can build it the way you want. Glad the move went well. Not been to Knoxville forever. Might have to go for a visit one of these days if life gets halfway back to normal for me.
Build the shed. I am not in construction and still build something better and sturdier than one from the shops. I screwed up the EPDM roofing though so will have to do that over... :-) Are you planning to brew in the shed? Don't forget insulation so you will have a moisture barrier on the outside. Otherwise your gear/tools will rust quickly (at least in my climate...) Congrats on the house! Feels good to own it right? And from now on every hour of work you put into it you will make money..!
Impatiently waiting for the newest fad to bring schwarzbier/any dark lager to every microbrewery in the nation! I would not be upset if that stuck around for a good couple of years...
My theory is that there is a very real health shift happening that is driving people to quit drinking altogether, or switch to the most healthy option possible. Craft beer is just about the worst alcohol you can drink if you are trying to watch your figure. I know I have personally had to dial back homebrewing significantly. It is next to impossible to keep the weight off while drinking homebrew regularly.
Subscribed too late to watch the San Diego days…..subscribed too early to watch the Clawhammer colab……subscribed just in time to watch CH blow 90 bucks on a single batch of beer 🙏
he's back, and better than ever. build that shed braj, you'll get much more for the money, and i think the crew would dig the content.
like # 680 - Congratulations on the house is great to be able to do what you want, But

Thank you, I will
Congrats Braj! Build the shed 🏘and keep on keeping on.
Congrats on the crib braj, see you next week ✊
Can't wait!
I don't even drink (no less brew) anymore, but I'm stoked to see the brahj back. Looking forward to more good stuff my dude
Congrats on the new pad CH. I agree with everyone else, build the shed. 🍻
You need to build the shed, with out a doubt. Look forward to seeing the video for that.
He’s back!!!! We’ve missed your content. Congrats on the house! Build the shed and a deck ❤❤
Good to see your back!
build it and they will COME...... from far and wide. Build with vision of a future.... a Future all too possible..... be Strong my Friend....
So happy for you buddy. You should build yourself 100%
Congratulations, CH! Build on..
Congrats on the house. If you do choose to build your own shed, 100%, do yourself a favor, and get a nail gun. Good to see you back CH!
Welcome back and congrats on the new place!! If you have the money and time, build the shed. You can spec it out the way you want it.
Love it - living vicariously through you - love your stuff keep it up!
Glad you're back and officially a homeowner. As for the "craft" beer scene. It was only a matter of time before people started moving back to beers that you can pound a few with. You know ur stuff!
so proud of you papa Braj! much love from the great north
Congrats on the house! You did it CH! Best of luck with it. Cheers to home ownership!
I would love to hear your take on why some breweries are making it and others are not.
Spot on. Branding and hospitality are the name of the game now. Congrats on the new crib!
Much love rich!

A fever dream, and I love it, rock on braj.
Glad you’re back! Congrats on the new house!
Congrats on the brew pad!
I’m still new to brewing, started last September and I’ve made 4 batches and a plum wine since. I love brewing and I think it’s still cool!
Welcome aboard braj!
Build it!! Home DIY Renovision has a great video on it!!
Great videos always enjoy them.. definitely back sweeten after using turbo yeast or it will be dry that stuff will eat the bucket if you leave it long enough
I’m glad to see the new video, and the new wind under your wings! The ginger beer sounds delicious!
Nice looking place..!! Yeah I’d like to see your comparison of “craft” breweries now and back then..!
En route!
Congrats on the house. I'm with everyone in here, build it yourself. We've waited this long, what's a couple more weeks. 🍻
Congrats my Braj!
Build the shed. You're in construction. So am I. I'll come over and help. I'll bring the power tools. You bring the brew. Yolo.
Im down!
Congrats on home ownership! My vote is to build your own shed so you can make it the way you want vs. canned shed from HD. You've got the skills and the tools.

Congrats braj. Glad to see you back in action and a homeowner

Build the shed. You can make it how you want braj!
So glad to see ya back! Do you think locality plays into palate for drinks? Sweet vs tart vs hoppy…
congratz dude Miss your face!
Build the shed. I am not in construction and still build something better and sturdier than one from the shops. I screwed up the EPDM roofing though so will have to do that over... :-)

Impatiently waiting for the newest fad to bring schwarzbier/any dark lager to every microbrewery in the nation! I would not be upset if that stuck around for a good couple of years...
I hear that!
This be a hella glorious spot, congrats 🍻🤘✨
Thank you 🙌
Congratulations! I hope things continue to go well.

I agree with all of that!
Awesome Braj!
