Transformers Movie History Arcee Origins. After the Battle of Mission City and the disbandment of Sector Seven, N.E.S.T was founded as a military alliance between the Autobots and military who were tasked with hunting down Decepticons that were hiding around the globe. Arcee and her sisters Chromia, and Elita One were among some of the newest Autobot members and would make their onscreen debuts in Transformers Revenge of the Fallen. Arcee was initially set to be in the 2007 Transformers film and had a very positive fan reaction, but due to the fact that there was not enough time in the movie to explain the presence of a "female" in a robotic race, she was dropped from the script and replaced with Ironhide. In another interview, the screenwriter Alex Kurtzman cited "scale issues" as an additional reason for dropping Arcee; allegedly, Michael Bay simply considered her too small as compared to the rest of the Autobots. Had she been featured in the first film she would've been around 9 feet tall as seen in this robot scale chart that was shown off at 2007's Botcon. However, all of the designs on this chart were very early and later heavily revised (though Jazz was revised far less than the others). Even though Arcee was not in the movie, a motorcycle was used by Captain William Lennox to attack Blackout. And this made many assume that the bike was meant to be her. However, the screenwriters rejected that notion, stating that this scene wasn't written until after Arcee had already been dropped from the script-but if she had remained in the movie, that scene would have featured her as the motorcycle.

Michael bay was against the idea of a female transformer so much. The only reason she was in the movie and killed off so fast was so he could get her out of the way
Transformers Prime?
Arcee's narrative in the comic was so much richer than what we were shown in the films. It would have enhanced them. I just wonder. *Why* it was left out? They seem to have left out many characters and subtracted from the narrative as a whole. Many of the foundational/G1 bots such as Arcee, Jazz, and others were totally cut out before they could be fleshed out and properly introduced. While others like Starscream were not fully developed at all.
Mhmm I agree a lot!! Actually 💯💯🎥🎥I misss a lot but hopefully the new director brings back some more! Characters like them sisters!

Arcee is confirmed to be in the new movie with the beast wars theme. She'll be a motorbike with a normal body! Like a mix between TFP Arcee(best girl) and OG Arcee. FINALLY

Man, the Arcee triplets are so underrated
I wish when she and her sisters were introduced, they used Arcee’s 2007 design and based Chromia and Elita-1’s designs off it. It actually looks like a decent feminine robot design with a semblance of a hair style for her head design. I just hate how those 3 looked in ROTF, not because of bias towards G1 or even Prime Arcee, but their robot modes are basically just a stick figure on a unicycle, they look more like drones than female Autobots. It’s worse when you consider not only how much more feminine-looking the 2007 design it, but how there are many other humanoid-like TFs in the Michael Bay films like Mohawk, or those in the toyline like Knock-Out. There are so many other motorcycle Transformers out there in other TF shows that make up much better robot modes. I just wish ROTF gave her a much better design than the downright crappy ones we got in the film.

I have a full rage on Bayverse Elita-1,sure she did distance herself from Optimus because of what happen on Cybertron,but there one thing that i hate in this version,she thinks Optimus left her on Cybertron because he wanted,Optimus's plan was for him,Ratchet,Ironhide and Jazz to go to Earth,reunite with Bumblebee,secure the Allspark and return to Cybertron with it,but with Megatron free and after the Allspark,the plan to take the Allspark back to Cybertron didn't go well and Sam destroy the Allspark and Megatron's Spark,Optimus wanted to go get Elita,but he cound not,not with the Decepticons on Earth,then the last thing she said to Optimus was,and i quote,"when you died,you have friends that care" Optimus was trying to reastablis his relationship with Elita and what did she do?,she throw that on his face with her words,Optimus do care for his friends,but he know they die fighting for the right cause.

So basically arcee twins were like beast wars rampage and dinobot 2; torn split spark then out of selflessness she tried to stop thundercracker but flatline killed elita and elita split arcee's spark to 3 of them. I would've always loved to see see Starscream as the "Prime" Decepticon. People tend to forget that Autobots and Decepticons are only political. They are all Cybertronians. But Strarscream, Ratbat, Black Arachnae etc., are a true deceptive Cybertronian mentality🤔😳🤯
Maybe instead of Skids & Mudflap, they could’ve just have Arcee & Sideswipe in their places. Just for more screen time with fan favorites.

The tie in comics seem more interesting than the movies
The reason why the arcee sisters were treated so dirty was because due to hasbro demand wanting to have female characters in the movie micheal bay gave them what hasbro wanted but under his terms
Which lead to suff like their roles being so minor and forgetful and were purposely made bland and forgetful because micheal bay didn't want female transformers and during a interview before the final movie was released and when bay would go on to answer a question on if their deaths are sad bay said with a smile no

Got to love males in Hollywood. We will cut Arcee from the first movie as it's too complicated to explain a female Autobot . But in the 2nd movie we will make her a trinity , one bot controlling 3 bodies. Not confusing at all.
