it does help quite a bit, you can definitely tell the different between this and no suspension or plain hard tails. There are better for sure, as these are more entry level style shocks. The massive wheels set to a lower pressure helps a lot too, overall, the ride is fairly smooth

that’s a shame, very powerful bike, so that’s a bit of an injustice
It can, I bought one. I can do 30 mph on the throttle. 😊 I've posted a video on my channel, takes a minute to unlock it.

How is the shock absorption. In my experience with Lectric XP 1.0, it was violent when going over tiny bumps.
