Hi Phil. The repair worked pretty good, for quite awhile, till the grandson hit it with a baseball bat😆.
Replaced just the top half. Now I need to train the grandson to be more gentle with the old girl😉.
What part of Australia are you from? Im up in Oregon, USA.
1st day of summer for you isnt it?
Or hows that work down there?

So how is it a year later? BTW, these hoods are thermoplastic, and apparently Loctite has a product which will work with it. Looking for a video on someone who's done it already.

Hi Boots. Well, it was holding up great till my 3 yr old grandson decided to jump ontop of it😄.
He broke it up pretty good. Decided to bite the bullet and buy a replacement hood top.
So far, im very impressed with it. Doesnt seem to be near at ridgid and brittle as the old one. Guess thats to be expected. What type of tractor do you have, or want to have?
Thanks so much for commenting and watching!
