I have used brite finish aluminium checker plate about 3/16" thick. Start in the centre with pre drilled rivet holes in the metal and drill and rivet 1 hole at a time. Use a cardboard template so you can work the compound curves. L4 belt and left side Decal.
Remember I don't keep these, I fix them and sell them. Just like a used car, if you want top dollar for them when you sell them, they need to look sharp. I average $600.00 each when I sell a John Seere, and they sell here in hours not days when they look good. I have one now that I got for free with no deck. I am betting I get $550.00 for it with a $200.00 investment in tires and battery.

Great video but I would never put that much work on cosmetics.
