@@Sophia-cp5fd I know! Sometimes we can be too clean but that is one thing that was drummed into me. I'm all for the 5 second rule but raw meat juice is a no no for me. I guess I could just rinse it in a big bowl outside but have never felt the need to wash meat. Cultural differences.
