Does anyone know how to export in fbx, what has been animated with apex? I have animated a ball with dynamics and I would like to take it to 3D Studio Max.
It's likely a viewport bug, used to happen to me when entering the `Animate` viewport state. At the top menu of Houdini, go to `Labs` -> `Reset Viewport` and it should get rid of the "duplicate" geometry when entering the animation state. This issue may have been solved in the recent Houdini builds.

Mr. Magee, really appreciate your educational content. One gripe I have with your tutorials is that your voice can go from very quiet at the end of sentences to a sudden raise in the following with lots of "uhms" in between. You sound tired and lethargic. Better quality microphone/recording settings may help as well. My complaints may seem shallow but it's definitely not a personal attack. Hopefully you're getting paid enough to warrant well-planned and well-executed tutorials as the main voice of SideFX learning materials. Cheers.
Is this a tutorial or a show off? If you are not gonna do a detailed and educational guides on how your technical artist created this rig, this is just another fancy rig toon, which other software has millions of.
This is how to pose and animate as the title suggests. The software came out today with this early access tool so as they normally do I assume they will release plenty of content in the next weeks and months helping clarify how to best use this.

Can you use futura to animate the hand of electra lifting so they sync perfectly in case we needed it?
