I'm sure your Chick'own' Cheesesteaks blow Charley's out of the water. Looks spectacular! I have tried Jersey Mike's version and it's pretty good. When people are asking why you don't toast the cheesesteaks faced down, you can tell that they don't really know how to properly make a cheesesteak. The bread should be steamed and be soft inside, while also being strong enough to hold in all the meat and cheese. I see people toasting their bread and it's all open... imagine the hot mess! LOL. Anyway... another banger! Griddle On! As you know, I wasn't feeling the greatest on Sunday, well Sunday night I ended up with Vertigo really badly. Turns out I have a sinus infection. Still not feeling too well. Definitely well enough to eat a Cheesesteak though 😉, but hopefully I'll be okay in a couple days. Chat soon!

Sorry. This is not a chicken Philly cheessteak sandwich. This is a chicken breast sandwich! You have to purchase the chicken from a distributor. Charlie's makes the real chicken cheese steaks. I found a vendor and now I enjoy Charlie's style delicious chicken Philly cheese steaks for cheap...
So, because we don’t use a specific distributor we can’t call it a chicken cheesesteak? We never call it a chicken Philly, in fact, it’s a California cheesesteak… so odd the insistence by some to say what it can and can’t be called - we simply cook it the same way we do a “Philly” or a cheesesteak sandwich. It’s to give others a chance to make a similar item from home that you get at a restaurant - not that it’s authentically a Philly. Good grief….
