First off, thank you so much for the shoutout and all the kind words! I really appreciate that! Secondly, awesome collection of books you featured in the video! That is amazing to be gifted all those keys. And the other books are great too! Love the Thundercats run.. and can’t believe you found all those Fear books in a dollar bin. Nice score!! Great video brother! 🙌🔥😎

A pleasure. Thanks again for your video and the cool idea. That gift really sparked a desire to collect a lot more titles and runs from when I was younger.
It is pretty crazy what winds up in the dollar bins sometimes but I've learned to always take a look. You just never know.

Just found your channel today. Really like your video. When I was a lot younger I was collecting comics (somewhere in late 70's or early 80's). My first convention I went to I threw caution to the wind and bought a long box of comics (raw, no bags.) Pretty soon I had amassed quite a few comics over the years. I stopped collecting about 4 months ago due to financial issues. At some point I will get started collecting again, eventually. Thanks for sharing your comics and stories.

Cool time to start collecting. What kinds of books were you collecting?

What a great look back at old finds. I'm just amazed that you can remember where you found them and how much they were!
Do you ever think you might be able to justify? Like "I bought 20 issues of thundercats for a quarter a piece. That's given me 75 cents extra an issue to put toward the ones I'm missing!" I know I would lol!
That Death in the Family is a series I'm looking at getting sometime soon I hope. Working on a Batman run and of course that's in the middle of it.
Great video! Really enjoyed going through the great books. Thanks!

I totally think of justifying paying more for specific books when I've gotten such good deals on so many others. Then, , if you take the total price and divide it across all those books, your average price per book goes way down.
Agreed on the desire to have the whole Death in the Family story. Like I mentioned, I only got part 4 when it came out. Then, I had the trade paperback for the complete story. Still, nice to have the single issues to complete it.
