Great vid how many times do you spray clear coat thnx
Hi CupHead77 just 1 coat. The clear coat spray I'm using is specifically designed for Headlight polycarbonate, as well as UV protectant.
What are you spraying on a headlight while you sand it!?
Just regular water brother, helps keep the sand paper from caking up, and allows me to see the progress.
My damage appears to be on the inside but I’m not sure. Is your property duct worth trying anyway? Thanks
It depends on how bad it is, but regardless, if the headlights are very hazy its not safe, so its worth restoring.
I need to do this to my CRV, can you tell what spray was used?
Hi Wesley, we use the NextGen Headlight Clearcoat. You can find it here.
what. do you put in the headlight cover?
Its NextGen Headlight Solutions Clear coat, found here bit.ly/3t9Q521
maybe raise the hood? save from having to tape it all up and worry about paint damage?
To be honest I've done this but it doesn't last. No matter how well you prep. sand, and recoat...it's easier to flip the $150.00 for a complete set of lenses
