“Mobile” homes are homes just like any other home. Yes they have wheels, hence “mobile” but they are built from the same materials (regular) homes are built from, wood, nails,screws, shingles, insulation, etc. My manufactured home is 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, living room, laundry room, dining room and a to die for kitchen with a 8 ft island. It’s set up on a basement foundation (like a regular home🙄) we opted for extras. It’s our beautiful forever home.
This is a nice, nice home with really great details. Amazing layout, generous room sizes. Love all the white! It makes it light and open. Great one, Chance! Oh, and I love that porch!
Chance, been watching you for over a year now and I will say you present these homes brilliantly far above the others on RUclips who are trying to duplicate your success. My wife and I will be heading to Punta Gorda next week to view this specifically and their other homes, and I will be sure to tell them it’s only because of you that we are there. Keep up the Great work and hope the Manufactured Home Industry realizes how much you benefit them…😄👍👍

As always, TFS 🤗 Edit: 1st thing I'd change is the entryway. I don't like the doors opening right onto the dining. I'd prefer the doors be moved over to enter by the living room. OR keep as is and change the table shape to a rectangular table and shft it so the chairs don't meet you as soon as you walk in. OK. It seems like that's the only thing I'd change. This home layout is almost perfect and that great in my book. All I need is some land and I'm in he market for a home. Need a prime location because it won't just be me moving. Thnx Chance
Hubby and I purchased property in Punta Gorda about 2 years ago and we're deciding whether to build or put a modular up... I personally do not like the typical look of a modular, but this house is perfect for us!!! Its got my southern porch even. We will be stopping by to look at this home for sure!! Florida is extremely difficult and EXPENSIVE to build and to deal with permits, inspections and the whole politics and fighting with the county (if you know what I mean lol!!) Thank you Chance for introducing this to us!
This looks like a beautiful double front door entrance until you look closer. Then it looks like the doors are hung facing backwards. Otherside it's an absolute WINNER, especially the white cupboards and counters.
OKAY Chance, another very nice home. I love how open and airy and bright it is, and I love the overhead vents and THAT PORCH, to die for! Great job again showing the home👍👍

It's very pretty. The only thing that was missing was a pantry. I always look for a hall closet or something to add shelves to and store crock pots and canned goods etc

Chance, you are so funny and you can say whatever comes to mind on the utility room, My first thing that I'd like to say is in the utility room please put the water heaters in there with the furnace and the electrical box not in the bedroom closets and in the bathroom where you have the walkin showers, please put a glass door so the water don't go splashing out of the shower, I love those hidden pantry closets and good size pantry's their awesome, you do such a great job on all these homes Chance take care and God Bless you and your family.

Has one of the best kitchens for storage and kitchen drawers, like that the island is turned so the eat at counter with stools are facing the dining area instead of the living room.

Very nice..like the storage in the main bath and that the toilet is open. Good utility room. Good kitchen; maybe remove the island. The sectional is nice.
One thing I've noticed is a lot of these home have a pre-determined space for the TV. If you could include the dimensions when you think of it that would be awesome.

Chance, once again you've brought a SWEET all-around home model for us to salivate over. Not a big home, but also doesn't feel cramped for space at all. The open concept is just right, and that relaxing, cozy-looking porch screams WATER VIEW (built on a waterfront lot), and for $200K, that's not a bad price for this well-appointed home. P.S. If ya get an excuse for your work to travel to New England in the summer, DEFINITELY do it for a week +/-. Can't beat summertime in New England, IMO (Winters is an ENTIRELY different matter lol).
This is a really nice home. I love how bright it is but the break in color for the master is also nice. I didn't used to like the rack style in the closets until I visited my daughter and her man in Texas. They are a lot sturdier than they look. Maybe not as nice looking as the wood shelves, but I'm ok with them. I would put a wood stove in instead of the electric. That won't help if power goes out. Wanted to add, I think the backslash behind the stove would look better black to go with the black on the stove. 😊 13:144:48
