This is an interview/mini-documentary about the job of A&R as explained by Ryu Ji-In, who's worked with Infinite, Nell, Lovelyz, Loona and OnlyOneOf. OnlyOneOf are featured in the video. It's part of a series by the educational channel EBS TV presenting various occupations, so it's an interesting watch for anyone curious as to how things work in the music industry and specifically kpop.
Ryu Ji-In left 8D in August 2021. If you're a Loona fan you might also remember her as the A&R who stepped in as a double for Jinsoul when she had a panic attack filming the underwater scenes for the Singing in the Rain MV.
