Dash 8 is fine but the world is going to burn and Cl-215 and CL-415 water bombers are aging and crashing. I think no Dash-8 for at least 12 years. De Havilland Canada has large and profitable orders for CL-515 Firefighter aircraft. The factory isn't built yet but there are more than 30 orders and the fire seasons are getting longer. The new aircraft won't arrive until first delivery in 2029. None for Canada until mid 2030s.

Dash is was the best regional prop planes but they fall off and ATR is taking over now. I hope they start back production soon.
