In my opinion, I feel that generally, the Huawei Mate 60 Pro Plus and Samsung S23 is able to shoot and display colours that appear more natural. On the other hand, the iPhone 15 Pro Max shoots photos that appears more saturated and more hue (not so natural for my preference). I feel that these are all pretty much personal preferences and none is the better over the other, since under certain situations, certain phones perform better than the others.

In the end of the day it's just a phone, buy any of them which will suit your everyday needs, let's not fight over which is better because they're better in their own unique way, there are times that they outshine any other phones in a specific scenario

You didnt set huawei p60pro + on suoer macro mode. I tested it yesterday at dim light. Pretty impressive where i can move the phone very close to the object and still capture some details
all photos were token by auto mode to make an apple-to-applw layman comparision . So it depends on whether super macro was auto activated, tks for ur questionning

This is an awesome comparison, thank you!. Iphone's green cast reminds me of Sony camera's older unpleasant color science, I had the A7ii which had this ugly grren cast as well. And since Apple like most is using a sony sensor i think that they did not tinker it out, like most other manufacturers. Apple needs to step up their game. A lot of changes were just slight software improvements and still has the same hardware. There isnt even a big difference to the iphone 14 pm camera. They wasted a year just to include usb c, action button
Together with google services, Samsung is a fully established phone in every aspect. from macro to 100x zoom and even very successful night performance. My preference is Samsung.

Objectively more natural is the better, you may have your preference for more saturated colors but better always stands the same.
