@@SparkPSX Yeah but, the rest of the song isn't so implying it's simple just sounds dumb tbh. Those fast staccato notes are pretty insane, then you have the fast alternating fingers on one string, which is not easy to learn. All in all, only advanced players could tackle this song with ease like he does.
That would be: "You want an award for listening TO music". But that aside. No. I was merely commenting that when I was 13 years old...being a kid that enjoyed Rock Music...I was also spell bound by this bloke's guitar skills.
The author of Zorba the Greek, Kazantzakis, writes: “All my life I struggled to stretch my mind to the breaking point, until it began to creak, in order to create a great thought which might be able to give a new meaning to life, a new meaning to death, and to console mankind.”

Right on man! Cool to see you stuck with it and are now arranging. I wish I had started at your age, I only started fingerstyle 3 years ago. Greetings from Chile!
Fine I'll do it. I am a beginner classical guitarist but not beginner guitarist in general. I listened to it by ear and I got 2 chords. first, pluck the 5th string and also the 4th string on the 7th fret, 3rd fret on the 6th fret and 2nd fret on the 5th fret. Basically an A major chord. Do the same thing again but pluck the 6th string with it. Continue that process and slowly start sliding the 2nd string 4th fret to 5th fret and include the 7th fret too I guess. after that we move on to B Minor, ahh too much explaining I don't wanna continue
To be honest this song is so damn difficult that if you are in need of tabs you won't be able to play it anyway. For example the simple thumb-technique that he uses, where the thumb is playing in different tempo than the melody fingers takes around 10 years to learn let alone master.
@@wlodziozczestochowy The thumb part is fairly simple. No the hard part is, the fast staccato, and then using alternate fingers on one string for the fast parts. There are tabs for this on youtube.
Hi Daniel. I tend to tune half a step down ..meaning my lower E is in fact Eb....in this case I also used a capo on 2nd fret.....If you're playing a standard tuned guitar it'll be capo on 1st fret. Then Zorba is based on 3 main chords...A,Bm and E7 with an alternating bass thumb.
this is stunning the control to increase the tempo so gradually is sublime
That was amazing...and they just smiled at the end...couldn't even clap a little for the guy
My God! He has two right hands!
How can something so simple sound so good?
*Simple*
Simple?!
The beginning part is my favorite and at the same time, it's the simplest, i can play it on my classical guitar, very slow, and very relaxing melody
@@SparkPSX the beginning yeah the interlude is hard
