But only to meet the people who loved and accepted him, and Reiner who couldn't bear the weight of his actions had to fall for his own act just to keep him from losing it. Marco was the straw that broke the camels back and thus Reiner went mentally insane. He knows he was wrong, he's seen the error of his former beliefs and his trying to be better not only for his loved ones who depend on him but for the friends he had to leave behind. this is so well made... the timing is just perfect! it's a really beautiful edit! and Reiner is my fav :') his personality and the way he changed were everything. i wish i could watch aot again and don't know what will happen haha
Reiner is just a hero as eren. to me I don't see ether as heros he invaded and killed innocence just like eren. They were just sacrifices to the machine. But alas the video was great thanks for the content
Great video, one of the best characters. I just hated how much they nerved his physical prowess to make Eren look strong. Reiner literally in human form pushes a Titan, is strong as shit and ranked highly as a Scout, but no Isayama had to drive this narrative that he was physically weak again and a again. We get it he wasn't supposed to be a warrior, but Marcel got him in, and then he's been the best of them other than Zeke. There was no need to make him into a complete punching bag.
The problem was not only his mental health but his drive, Reiner was fighting for a cause he didn't believe I'm anymore was fighting people he saw as his friends including eren who saw him as a big brother, he was depressed and mentally wrecked and was severely effected but in the final fight where he was no longer held back by depression or any mental issues with determination and the will to fight for a goal he DID believe in he turned into a wrecking machine kicking ass left and right, including kicking the hallucigenias ass.
Reiner was the main reason I became an AOT fan.. his character development was insane
