Excellent video bro
A win against Nang O with the size advantage only .
Yodwicha
Once again LK, bringing the unbiased heat!!!
Yodwicha may be king to some ignorant foreigners, but Thais regard Saenchai as the best muaythai professional fighter.
It's insane how he notices all the little holes in the opponents' defense and technique, and then just capitalizes on them like it's "obvious". Amazing.
Couldn't have put it better
I fully agree for the most part but some are just him punishing his opponents for just squaring up and taking shots like its going to work every time
Agreed. Any poor soul that fights him is like fighting an octopus cause he's all over them with his punches.
I was just thinking the same👌
Agreed..
In January 2012 I went to Bangkok and spent a month in jar-tui saengmorakot's gym. I had the luck and the honor of training with him. he was 15 years old, I many years older. we did a lot of clinch sessions where I was devastated. At the end of training, speaking with the coach, he told me he is a legend !!!!. I will never forget this experience. Thank you
hahaha u went up against the most talented 15 year old of all time hahaha
Saengmorakot is a much respected muaythai camp. I don't how much you had to pay for your training, but it is dirt cheap for non fighting Thais.
@@sportmuaythaiv1045 unfortunately Today it is like this. in my case my friend I had the honor of training only with champions of the level of Pinsiam Sor. Amunuaysirichok, bernueng visanlek yodwicha etc. thank you
I can assure you one thing, when they see the Passion and love for muaythai in you, money doesn't count for them. this was MY experience
@@tigerofsouth Yes, Thai camp owners love to support any one who shows passion for muaythai. I was one of the first students at Fairtex Bangplee. After the Bangplee camp moved to Pattaya, Mr Phjillip wong retained one ring and a pad holder for me for free.
morning-spar with superbon
night-spar with buakaw
WHAT A LIFE~!
Indeed 🚀🚀
Crazzyyy!
He’s not there anymore
And here I am at 16 years of age, eating chips and watching Netflix all day
hit up the muay thai gym in your city its not too late. adesanya didnt start fighting till 19
Useless.
@@laoguru7235 interesting
You don't even know the difference between RUclips and Netflix you stamd no chance. Just keep eating you're chips chubby
@@samaurai5832 And you should learn how to read everything carefully
For his age this guy has one of the most impressive resume I've ever seen. Quite sad to see him retire from fighting Thai opponent
That just means he gets paid better now
if he continue the legends won't anymore be legend lol
He’s been fighting for 15 years
I like how when yod was young, always wearing blue. Then get better, then red short.
Ajarn always taught us red corner is the advantage corner. Not many know this.
🙏🙏❤️
Why is red corner advantage corner?
@@Gamebred-Nightmare pretty sure in all combat sports it's like that. Champion/higher ranked fighter in the red corner and challenger in the blue corner
@@Gamebred-Nightmare those who wear red truck are more famous compare to the opponent.
I believe it depends on the bettors, it helps define the odds for bookies. So red is the favorite to win and blue is the underdog.
I’ve been training at Yodwicha gym the last month. My knees improved so much. His gym is next to safari world in the northern Bangkok area.
Did he coach you himself?
@@emilioirving4590 I did a private with him once but sometimes he will give me some advice and spar with me for the regular training classes as it’s usually only me there
@@kainath damn lucky you! sounds like a great experience, you still training there?
really, near my house. I just know him from this clip. btw im Thai.
Thanks for the tip. It is 4-min drive from my home. I have no clue that the black building among the trees is the gym.
He's got youth, stamina, hunger, size and talent.
Plus long arms.
Thank you for putting him in the spotlight.
I'd like to see this guy in One FC.
👍🏻👍🏻
I'm pretty certain it will be sooner or later. The One FC stage is pretty much the next step for a lot of these great Thai champs imo.
the One FC World Champion is Giorgio Petrosyan would love to see this young man go against the Thai assassin the Doctor Petrosyan
@@omegasquad868 I'd like to see him fight Petchmorakot and rematch Nong-O as well.
@@omegasquad868 zzz Petro Robs all the thai's. Hes the reason a lot of thais dislike kickboxing. Its a chance for a high payout yet also a high chance of being robbed.
Hi Lawrence, one of the things I really look forward to is the notification that one of your videos just went up. Thank you once again. Respect from Malaysia brother
much love brother
Yodvicha is my favourite modern day Muay Thai fighter by far! i love his profeciency in Muay Khao, always trying to learn more from his clinch game. This guy deserves so much more attention!!
his fight against Petchboonchu was totally insane and one of the greatest clinch battles of all time..
Utterly ridiculous how he dominated Petchboonchu in the clinch, too. It was like Petchboonchu was a stranger to the clinch, instead of the previous reigning king of muay pham/khao.
Wow. Thanks for this video! What an education on Muay Thai history. Excellent!
WOW!!! That's amazing. Had never heard of him before. I will keep an eye out for him!
Jeeeezaz! He has some sort of wicked high level technical pressure game that just CRUSHES! Super accurate too. Super Saiyan!!!
Awesome to see a legend in the making.
Thanks for sharing
Incredible, he's got the age behind him, you can see he is getting stronger with those punches. He's going to be plowing thru.
Where talent meets hardwork is the heart of how legends are made.
Thanks, i hope to see him on one championship
Great fighter and great person! Hope to be able to visit his gym after this covid situation
It's good to see,, young blood coming through Thailand,, another future Legend Fighter..
OMG Yodwicha is so good, just another level ...
Never knew this thanks
Cheers
This guy very talented and I love it 👍
Hi Lawrence, thanks for your videos! Maybe you can do a video on Sangmanee also who essentially scaled the stadium (Lumpinee/Rajadamnern) muay thai scene in 2012 at 15/16 and shared Sports Writer of the Year together with Yodwicha in 2012 as a 16 year old as well.
Indeed he did! What do you like about sangmangee’s story ?
@@LawrenceKenshin I thought it would be a fantastic contrast to Yodwicha. Whereas Yodwicha has gone down the kickboxing route (Petch, Sittichai), Sangmanee continues to fight high level Thais (Capitan, Kulabdam) in muay thai. Sangmanee also had that poisoning incident which could also shed some light about the betting scene in stadium muay thai and links to one of your earlier videos about Saenchai talking about the state of muay thai in Thailand and the influence of gamblers which has shifted the focus to clinch-heavy fights nowadays.
Finally, this could tie in with why he is even nicknamed "Tharok Nung Laann" or "Million Dollar Baby".
Love from Singapore and thank you for all the amazing content you put out!
Great documentary about muay thai
Great video. Missed the slo-mo breakdown of his moves.
It seems like he has the reach advantage in every fight. That plus everything else equals killer.
There is definitely something to say about his genetics and size. Still, that could be said of many great fighters.
I never thought anyone had beaten Saenchai. This kid is something else.
I think Saenchai has lost a handful of times to Thai's however only one farang has beaten him.
Saenchai have over 40 losses, dude.
Singdam has beaten him 4 times. Petchboonchu 3 times. He have lost at least twice to chinese fighters and also to Fabio Pinca.
ruclips.net/video/2S8KJ1kzVs0/видео.html Here's Dieselnoi and Wichainnoi (GOATs from the Golden Age) talking about Buakaw and Saenchai. Not exactly high opinions lol
Italian guy beat him too
Namsaknoi for one
Love it!
thanks adrian!! hope you're well!
@@LawrenceKenshin I'm good brother thank you! Hope your well and life is good. FYI my son loves all your videos as well. We always watch together 🙏💪
Very nice. Saw Litewada sithikul internet the clip.. 😁 waiting for new upload 😇
Where did he link it ?
@@LawrenceKenshin my bad lol í mean i saw Litewada in this clip against Yodwicha and I was suggesting for you To make Litewada vídeo
Pretty similar body shape he has to Adysenya. The up right body position, throwing punches down the barrel, and if you look how he's ready tensed with where his shoulder position stays relative ready to counter. It's just 👌👌👌👌. This guy is scary.
Very talented for sure
He beaten Sanchei and only 16??? 😱!!! Thanks for sharing!! Now I heard of him and will follow.
Yes. And now he retired to fight in Thailand. because it is difficult to find an opponent
One championship!!!!! Sign this guy
That hop @6:11 is absolute art...
Great!
Wow he so young to he still a kid and he beating champions Amazing he a future legend.
Favourite Fighter. His Knees are devastating and he has one of the best clinch entries in the game.
He is a legend now
ferocious!

To all the Muay Thai and MMA gods and every god on the planet. Please PLEASE let Yod come to the UFC! So many of us have wanted a Lumpinee stadium champ to come to the UFC. It would bring two sides of the planet together. I feel like so many viewers from both sides would open the world up.
We have some good strikers here. Some good Muay Thai even. But to have a true Lumpinee stadium fighter would be amazing. The entire division would have to up their striking. If he learned a few good escapes he would be so dangerous. Muay Thai fighters are so ahead of the game on take down defense and balance. It doesn’t take much to teach them the difference.
Both sides would benefit so much by having a fighter like Yod here.
Thanks for the vid. Love all that you do LK
Yodwicha real great fighter!
he really is!
This guy is a true prodigy
Quality video from the breakdown goat mr.kenshin
Can you do a video on Nathan Carnage Corbett?
Your research and commentary are evolving to new heights. Well some.
the definition of a perfect Muay Thai assassin
4:36 Your education is always much appreciated, Lawrence. I would'ha said that's the dopiest celebration I've ever seen, then he would'ha dragged me into the ring and fcked me up 😂
Reminds me of myself in high school
Most of big kids who fight in Muaythai didnt suceed. They're overwages so they have to fight with experienced fighter. Buakaw escape this moment to fight in K1.
Beast mode 💪😤😎💯
ฟังไม่รู้เรื่อง แต่ฟังแล้วชอบอะ
Wow absolute tiger
Deadly knees!
Yodwicha beat Nong-O & Saenchai in their prime...DAMN!
A phenom a phenom a true blue honest to goodness real life phenom. The Gods of combat have blessed him. 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼
He is smart, storng and has a power of a beast.
NEW LEGEND ARE COMING...
His height advantage against Saenchai is crazy, holy cow
Isn't all of his opponents immensely bigger than him? He's a 163cm that fights in welterweight division for many many years
Nope, Seanchai's weakness are clinch fighters, and this guy is the top of clinching game
Talk about major talent!
super talent
@@LawrenceKenshin Going to be awesome wherever he goes, no doubt!
Met him in The top king Wuhan ! Nice Nakmuay !
I learned about him from sparring him in Chiang Mai and getting my butt playfully WHOPPED! Watched tons on him since and love him!
How does he compare to present day Buakaw or a younger K1 Buakaw?
So what happen to his venture to Buakaw's gym?
Absolute beast 💪🏽
if you got no ground game you got no MMA. he does rock as a striker though. and thats where i'm at so I can hardly criticise. You're doing awesome . You doing well bro. Well done.
He looks taller and has longer arms' reach than most of his opponents.
whats the name of the song?
One of the most exciting fighters ever
💪💪
I didn't see him in banchamek gym.where is he?
Now that he and Saenchai are fighting mainly foreigners it would be cool if they did a rematch
Where is he now!!!?
he is trainer hard to find opponent for him
Tyson of Muay Thai
Dang
cheers
I need him to sign with the ufc for sure, we need more Thais...
I don't know if I have ever heard your voice before

He looks somewhat like Sitthichai.
jeebus 16!? what a fighting prodigy
Mind giving me the music at the end of your video ?

Beating Saenchai The super computer of muay thai is something out of rhis world . 👌🙏💐❤
What a Monster
indeed
This is not talent at all....this is a gifted fighter. Salute
Any talk of mma for him? At such a young age incorporating the other arts could very well make him a UFC champ.
it will be a shame
I WANT TO SEE THIS GUY VS RODTANG
Yodwicha 68-72 kg. , Rodtang 58-62 kg.
03:14 Matrix Sweep Evade
He's using Thai Kryptonite... good hands.
How does this system work? Are the results of fights predetermined? Are results influenced by betting?
I liked the way he dodged that sweep at 3:15
I'm curious now, him vs Nasukawa, who do you have taking it, Lawrence?
muay thai, yodwicha easy. kickboxing, thats a tough call. i favor nasukawa in that one
@@LawrenceKenshin i see yodwicha using a lot of elbows to break through his opponents' guards and disorienting them, kickboxing definitely wouldn't favor him
in muaythai no chance for nasukawa in kickboxing 50/50
I bet he will join the one championship muay thai rooster soon
I see he has awareness, speed, power and agility.
Absolutely No Fear in him. And that vid of him walking str8 up to his opponent, BAAAANG!!! KO.
DAAAAAAAMMNN!
The man didnt see it coming. Hold up, i meant he saw it coming but he froze
Havent heard of a single foreign fighter that Yodwicha has fought ..
Everyone is a hero ☹️
but he fought a nong o before,he should fight nong o now.. and he beat buakaw? did he fight the tank? i really wanna watch it,its too early to decide but i would love to see him fought nong o now in one fc n the tank
As I know He beat Saenchai , Nong-O , SuperBon and more ... he win all. But he is underrate maybe people don't know him because he not often go to fight with foreigner.
You don’t just easily transition into MMA if you’ve never wrestled or done jits once in your life. That’s not how it works. You can be the greatest striker ever and would get taken down in a second by top level UFC pros. That’s why we’ve never seen 1 top level Thai transition into the UFC. It’s just a different animal.
Hahaha That is absolutely adorable if that is what you think. MMA fans are so gullible plus uneducated when comes to combat sports actually amusing to see MMA fans think freestyle wrestling/bjj will save you from a Nak Muay. If there was a word to define something more then adorable... then that word would perfectly describe MMA fans.
