Tried this today, was yummy. Did a mistake, put masala and instead of tossing put lid on and cooked a bit more so onions became too much fried hehe. Will do it once more. Anyways very flavourful. By the u also helped me make a tasty veg Biryani. Thanks a lot.
Can we use gun powder (Andhra Masala) in this recipe. I had gunpowder flavoured Kadak aloo in a restaurant. It was awesome. Do we need to tweak recipe to accommodate gun powder?
