Finally something my family is eating for all their lives. We also make it with arbi, as arbi tuk. But with arbi, it is first boiled and then used. We mostly make it with arbi and that is far more tastier then normal arbi. My family uses crushed arnar dana.

Green masala aloo tuk is a variant often made at my home. After 1st fry of potatoes we press them and stick green masala paste on one side of potato (wheat flour is used for binding and a perfect masala paste should stick to the side and not come off when we put it for deep frying again. You should try green masala aloo tuks chef. Infact we make such tuks out of aloo, baingan and even raw banana with same process. Thank you for representing Sindhi cuisine on your channel. Wow ranveer. So relatable being a sindhi. Maza aa gaya. To give more taste we add more of coriander powder. Also, we can repeat the same process with arbi known as kacha allo in sindhi. We also do that with bhindi . we call them soak aloo Or soak bhindi... 🥰😍😍 that's also really tasty and worth a try
