Hi Clara! I'm so glad you found my channel. Sorry for a late response - no, I don't get sleepy after the morning workout. But I also drink lots of cold water during the workout and take a shower afterwards - I think that combination is making me feel more energized. Do you get enough sleep at night? I sometimes get sleepy in the afternoon if I don't get enough sleep at night.
You are super efficient Marta, it takes a lot to get up so early. Are you sleeping enough? Vitamin D is super important. I once took it without magnesium and it was terrible, it needs the K2 that you are taking and magnesium to be properly absorbed. I love coffee and take 2 cups a day, black, bitter and strong.

I did not realize how long it has been since I did my last morning routine! I plan on doing one each quarter from now on😊 And yes! Sitting for so long was starting to impact my body. I also get up at 4:30 am. I drink my coffee and enjoy some down time just catching up on email, etc. By 5:15 I’m unloading dishwasher and straightening up kitchen. I also meal prep in the morning so I have lunches and dinners ready for my family. During the school week they are at activities by 4;30 so I need a hot meal ready for them. love your idea of making the lunches and breakfast earlier! I will try that. I normally start that task at 7am. Great videos. I’m also a full time work from home mom.
I love it! That morning time is just so great 😊 Meal prep in the morning is definitely something I should implement into my routine. I try to prep my lunches on the weekend but it would be great to have dinners more prepped for the work week.
I have been watching your videos for a while and love these morning routines! I have been really trying the last few weeks to wake up earlier to meditate and journal...haven't added the working out yet but I would like to eventually. I will say that I can tell a difference when I do start the morning slowly instead of sleeping too late then running around like crazy. I work outside the home and have 2 school age kids, so we have to be out the door at about 7:15. My oldest gets up with an alarm at 6:15 and I would love to be completely ready myself and have everyone's lunches and water ready for the day by the time he gets up - that is the goal, hasn't actually happened yet lol. Also, I have wanted to try those egg bites because I love the ones from starbucks and dunkin. I have made my own at home that turned out really good too. LOVE the standing desk and walking pad set up! I would love to see a night routine video so we can see what you do in the evenings to make sure your mornings run so smoothly. Thanks!

I would definitely try those egg bites - I also saw them at Target the other day. Probably a better choice to try just one packet before committing to Costco. I will definitely work on my evening routine video soon! The standing desk and walking pad were truly an amazing investment.

Those mornings will happen. Especially if we had a long day before. I was struggling with getting the exercise part on a regular basis last year. And I'm so glad I have gotten into a good routine this year. 😊

Yes, definitely a similar lifestyle 😊 my kids were doing daycare when they were younger but now that they are in school during the day, we no longer use it.

haha! My husband is a night owl as well. I'm definitely a morning person - I feel like my brain is just not working well past 9pm 😅 And I'm spreading a turkey pate (I get it at my local Polish Deli store).
